Really poor game.

His head seems completely gone at the moment. The worrying thing is that he has looked miles off it in his recent games and Motta thinks that is a good indicator to give him a start. His performance was completely predictable given his substitute appearances in recent weeks. What happened to being picked on merit?

He always shows no emotion and looks dead behind the eyes.

Never seen an interview with him but he always seems to be very withdrawn and introverted to me.

Can't quite put my finger on it and he obviously has talent but I think his time here is up and he needs a fresh start which sounds weird after we gave him a second chance and he was literally gifted a spot on the National team.

So let me show you with numbers why is Fagioli a liability.

In 20 matches so far this season, Juventus has 1 (one) defeat.
Counting only the time when Fagioli was on the pitch, we have 5 (five) defeats:
- Juventus-PSV 3:1 (0:1 when Fagioli was playing)
- Juventus-Cagliari 1:1 (0:1 when Fagioli was playing)
- Juventus-Stuttgart 0:1 (0:1 with Fagioli on)
- Inter-Juventus 4:4 (4:2 with Fagioli on)
- Juventus-Bologna 2:2 (1:2 with Fagioli on)

This is unacceptable! Our opponents have the midfield for themselves when Fagioli is on.

As a comparison, this is the record of the other midfielders:
Koopmeiners 6-9-0 (18:7)
Thuram 6-10-1 (12:4)
McKennie 3-9-1 (14:9)
Locatelli 6-10-2 (22:10)
Douglas Luiz 4-3-2 (5:3)
(Fagioli - 5-6-5 [15:12])

Only Danilo is worse with his 2-9-3 (12:11) record.
