Friends of mine went to eat sushi and with them was a girl who has never tasted it before. The place serves an open bar sushi, eat as much as you want and she being clueless on the subject went to fill her plate with no help. The plates come with a bit of wasabi and some ginger on the side and you put the sushi pieces you want.

While waiting to take what she had to take, she felt hungry and the wasabi looked appealing, she took all of them and ate tehm

well i took her to my friends restuarant & i think the fact that all the staff know,it impressed her.she is way cool & spks & writes in french,italian,portugese,spanish & german which blew me away.i was actually interested in what she had to say.
