And i see that you laos brought up the significance of the social and goegraphic factors in the availability and access to these services. the wallons, not as socially prominent, would have harder time. In chicago, i know of a place, cook county hospital, where anyone armed with a little patience can see a doctor and get medication the same day all for free.
