Well its your choice. There are no rules but meters usually read multiple digits. Like 01 or 001 etc. But you could just have a single digit if you wanted.

I lived there for 1 year and hated it....I was used to living in bigger cities. When i got there it was a major culture shock since everyone there were either complety hicks or Losers.....i had to get used to eatin "Hoagies" doin shit on the weekend, Hunting and fishing.....It sucked major Rectum....I played with Mcbride for the winter season then he left i guess for practice with the national team.....when i moved back to St. louie in 1990 i remember watchin the world cup and seeing that mutherfucker play.....i was like "I'll be damned" he was kickass thats for sure
