Andy, the USA National Team will hold its pre-World Cup camp in Cary, NC in May, just as they did prior to the 2002 WC. Dude, the stadium is 0.7 miles from my office - literally around the corner. Come on down and we can first watch Juve win the CL while getting drunk as monkeys and then let Burke drive us to the stadium to heckle the shit out of Landon Donovan.

Well that's true. I like to see these people off stage, they can be very strange when they're not performing. If you liked the documentary bit of this, you may want to see "Comedian". It's mainly focused on Jerry Seinfeld but it also has lots of other comedians talking about what it's like to be one.
I'll definitely take a look at it. By the way jason Alexander was good in The Aristocrats.

    CORRECTION:

Spoken like a true New Yorker who knows a rednecked cafone when he sees one...sorry Bubba but 'ridin shotg-awn' in Burke's pick-up with a six pack hollering at Landon Donovan is not my idea of a 'bitchin summer'.

P.S. Don't forget to pick up some ketchup for the spaghetti sauce tonight :cheesy:

I have a question for the elders of this board, specifically Nick, Greg, and Padovano.

As you know I'm already accepted to the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences at Penn State with Meteorology as my intended first-choice major. However, in concurance with normal university procedure I also have to choose two other options for my major. I am not 100% convinced at the moment that meteorology will be the focus of my future career, and I'm also interested in a couple of other possibilities, incuding Energy, Business, and Finance.

Do you guys have any sort of idea how much potential a career in this field has, or how many unsuspecting college students choose this major as their own? It is stated in the PSU Undergraduate Degree Programs Bulletin that this major helps prepare students for careers in international organizations and also corporate law, both of which I would be very interested in. I think I recall you, Nick, making a post on said topic related to fields in energy, and seeing that you have some sort of corporate law degree (iirc) I think you could be of some help.

I also listed international politics as another option, however a major such as that must be precursor to graduate school.

Too late...Juve will be screwing him for the rest of the season :)
Poor little simpletons...unfortunately Berlusconi is no longer owner of Milan but owner of "Italy" and as a result has Italy over Milan in his thoughts..this was evident when he handed Juve Abbiati to which they managed to lose only one game (without him I may add) and gift wrap 250 million Euros to Juve for television rights...and for the first time ever my Juve 'connections' in Italy uttered "you know Berlusconi ain't THAT bad....I mean what is the option in Italy anyhow". Voter trust...Voter friendly....mission accompliced for him.

The savy Milanista's will pray for a Berlusconi defeat in hopes he will abandon his shameful political moves and concentrate on Milan: last time he did that we went two seasons in Serie A undefeated and won three scudetti's in a row...coupled with 2 CL titles...
