This is not an attack on you or your statements but what is with the anti-Police feeling everywhere..I see the way teenagers and certain individuals think about them and would love nothing more than to take them down..they are like walking targets and put up with the most vile, classless and mentally unbalanced of society EVERY day....sometimes its hard to tell the good apples from the bad. Better that than taking things for granted only to be shot at or stabbed.

obviously i realize that there is much more potential for problems (and its just more likely that they exist) when a group of teenagers is involved, as compared to a group of adults. its reasonable that we have a more alert eye on us, but what i find unneccesary is the complete lack of respect shown to younger people by police officers. sure some of us give them shit but is it really neccesary to use excessive force on a 15 yr old who is yet to do anything illegal? one of my friends just opened a lawsuit against a cop for dislocating his shoulder and tearing his rotator cuff, without him actually committing a crime.

thats one of the more extreme cases, but still i can't talk to a cop without feeling threatened by every word to come out of his mouth (not because im guilty, because they assume you guilty, and will be complete assholes without cause)

Isolated incident and as a result you have a bias against Police Officers. What about the wife of 40 years old with three kids who lost her husband because some teenage junkie stabbed her husband a police officer in the neck. She will be wary of urban teenagers with attitude..and like you she will always feel threatened
