Roma is a fvcking joke this year, now losing to Palermo 2-1 at home. Spalletti should have stayed at Udinese for another year, but now he is losing face at a loser club. But I guess it's hard to work at a club controlled by Rosella Sensi..

So, how do I get rid of my Afghan flag?
You leave this forum for a day, and the next thing you know you probably were sporting an Afghan flag ... until you log back in and everything is gone.

It's like passing out at a party and waking up the next morning, thinking everything is normal. Then you hear all the stories of how you had profanity Sharpie'd across your forehead during the night. You check the mirror... nothing.

Kind of like most nights in my life. ;)

Well it sounds great that America is also getting more involved in this sport. Their national team is actually good. Although I've heard from many americans that in America the sport is more known as a women's sport. Must be the only country in the world with that opinion. :)
It's the trap of supporting only those international sports where your national team does well. But in the US, I haven't seen that to be the case. There's a bigger misconception that US NT soccer is exclusively a white boy's sport than there's a perception that it is known more as a women's sport.

Usually, the women's NT teams that dominate -- whether WC or Olympic events -- typically come from the nations with better track records for their treatment of, and opportunities for, women. So it's not entirely surprising either -- those societal elements alone give women's teams from those countries a huge leg up on the competition.

Many nations that don't have strong women's teams are often affiliated with, well, civilizations that lock their women in cages and have them defecate on themselves.

I was going to use the word "swastikas" instead of "profanity" in my original post, but then I thought the similarities between our lives would look too conspicuous. ;)
