What are you getting at , You deserved to win one particular match... So what.. No ones debating that... wheres the significance ...
That one match would have landed the Yanks in the World Cup Semifinal. That would have been significant.

I saw that game, Andy, and your boys were well and truly screwed. As long as referees allow defenders to lay on the ground and use their hands to stop a goal-bound ball on the goal line, Germans will continue to win matches.

Exactly Pado. And while we were not lucky enough to get the calls in Korea, at least we can have the pleasure of saying we played our hearts out in 2002 and deserved much more. For a neophyte in the world of soccer, that's something to be proud about in my opinion.

No, Ze, I'll have to catch it later. I have to shoot downtown to get my daughter. Thanks for the thought and I'll check it out in about 5 hours. Cheers.

Actually he stopped it after the goal line. It already was a goal.

Burke: "Mr. Chairman, I've requested a transfer and would like to move to Club Brugge."

Chairman: "I thought you were happy here. Why would you want to move to Brugge?"

Burke: "I want to play with de Cock"

Chairman: "You can't do that here at Anderlecht? We could get you a private room"

Bad news religious devotees. It turns out that Fappy the Shoe Wanker is not a god afterall. No, he is just a guy who likes to fap shoes.

I found this out when Fappy tested positive for banned substances while in qualifying for Canada's Giant Jerk competition. The banned substances were a cocktail of viagra and enzyte. A true god would never need such things.

Thanks go out to Canada, as we all know that the US does not drug test its athletes. See baseball, football, olympics, olympics, olympics and . . . no cocaine in the NBA, right?, etc.

I was watching HBO last night, and they had some show on about the "ranches" outside of Vegas

would't you know that fetishes came up, and some woman came in to give pointers to "the ladies" about foot fetishes....

during their "lesson" the instructor gave them many ideas about the fetish, and even mentioned giving the guy their shoe SO HE COULD FAP IN IT !!!!!!:weee:

Pado...I thought of you, my man !!!!!

Well, there goes our World Cup. Group of death with Italy, Czech Republic, and Ghana. Really could not get any more difficult. :(
Group of death? Wanna trade?

Argentina
Ivory Coast
Netherlands
Serbia & Montenegro
:lazy:

And to top that off; *if* we were to progress, it's likely we would meet Portugal who knocked us out of Euro2004

not as confident as you were yesterday, eh Andy ??!!

seriously, I think the USA will give Italy a hard time...maybe even end in a draw, but I dont think the USA will get out of the first round (also depends if Neddy plays...they are a different team with him)
