He had it coming.

It was as if he was asking me to do it. And I'm not the kind of person who'll hesitate.
agreed. lets turn this rep thing into a game. you can only give negative rep. the winners can be the guy who gets tagged the most and the guy who gets tagged the least.

Yeah, that does look like fun, because that would mean you have to choose a strategy. However, the ones participating shouldn't be allowed to give rep.

Well, let's keep it basic and change the rules when needed.

1. There are two winners: a) the one who has the best reputation
b) the one who has the worst reputation

2. Those who participate may not give reputation to other members.
3. We should select a date on which the game ends.

hey there people. I don't know if the following post will interest you. Fell free to skip it ifyou want ;)

Anyone here saw "Amen"? a movie by Costa-Gavras on the passive attitude of the Catholic Church during the Holocaust. I just finished it.

I don't really know what to think of it. It's not a bad movie, but it condemns the church without a trial. I feel like it wants you to believe that were would be no Holocaust with a formal disapproval by the Pope, and all it does is showing the austere vatican as being the only wrong institution on this matter.

That's so simplistic. Every nation of the allies knew what was happening, and noone ever negociated with Hitler to try to free Jews. Plus, what influence would have a Popal action on this matter? Maybe it would've made things worse, I dunno...

And it's quite easy to say booo! you bad! But what did we do, when 1 million people were killed in Rwanda in '94? or in Bosnia?

The UN went to Bosnia. One of my good friends is Bosnian. He was a scout/interpreter for US troops during the ordeal. It was the Africans the world told to fuck off. The UN consisting of Belgians, Dutch, British, Americans pulled out and watched a country destroy itself on CNN. The UN should probably feel bad about that but it was so long ago.

Hutus were larger than Tutsis right?

I'm definitely rooting for the Tutsis in that case
They looked the same. Some said it was a difference in skin color or nose width but actually the only difference was what your papers said. When you have to have papers with you you know your country is fucked.
