Andy, I have to ask...

If you so like hiddinks brand of football... Why on earth are you a juve fan... In 108 years we have essentially played the same brand of football... SO why if that kind of football is what you like would you support juve... It makes no sense...

I understand whinging about cap... who stretc hes the boundaries of the brand to its most boring limits... but to look for the likes of hiddink or how we hear so much here of the likes of "why cant we play like Barca" etc...

Why oh why are people that want that type of football... juve fans... it is completely illogical...
Paul, I became a Juventus fan during the 1998 Final against Madrid, and started to love the club even more during Ancelotti's reign and of course Lippi's second stint at the club. How you can say we have essentially played the same way over these years is beyond me...the difference between the tactics of said managers is clear as night and day, Paul. Obviously you can see that yourself.

And if you're questioning why I'm a Juventus fan if I prefer a certain type of football...well you should be able to figure that one out as well.

People will always prefer a certain type of football, however that does not mean they will switch clubs every time a new manager takes charge and switches tactics. What you believe in from a tactical standpoint of the game does not always define your existence as a fan of a certain club. There are several other factors to take into consideration...it's like a marriage of sorts.

I have never said I want this club to play like barca because that would be absurd...however in some ways I think we should be playing a bit differently with the players we have. That's just a matter of opinion, and that is why people prefer the methods of Lippi over that of Capello.

Andy, leave Hiddink to the Real Madrids of the world. Our next boss (after Capello completes his contract in 2007) will be Antonio Conte.

Captain Conte is now serving as an assistant on Siena's bench, and is a Juventus legend. Hiddink is a legend in South Korea, and that counts for shit.

What does being a legend in Holland count for?

Do you think Antonio has what it takes to coach Juventus? Don't get me wrong Pado, I love Conte as well, however we have already seen what young managers like Deschamps and Conte can do, and the result is they need to have more experiance. People might not be so keen on Hiddink, which is fine, however there is no denying he's a good manager. If we want a former Juventino to manage our side we should call Didier up and reconcile our differences from two summers ago.

No, I do not think Conte is ready, and I have no idea if the guy can actually manage. I just have a feeling that Conte is going to be our next coach, though he might not survive an entire season. I do know he would have the support of the Delle Alpi behind him (or, a shithead Tommy Smyth of ESPN would say, "the Dalopy").

Hiddink must be a good manager, he seems to win everywhere he goes. However, I cannot his style at Juve or anywhere else in Italy.

How on earth is Vinman supposed to communicate? And what's wrong with pretending you're a moderator? And the way Marty put it, that apparently goes for actual moderators as well :D.
Also: you can't revive dead topics? That's hardly fair.

No, Flemish or French.
Correction: Netherlandic, French or German.

Unofficial dialects of Netherlandic are Dutch and Flemish; but the differences between the two are no bigger than those between American and British English.
