Fabi, he wasn't drunk, he hardly registered any alcohol at all, less than 0.02.
There was a case in Australia, where an improved version of the breathalyzer machine "got drunk". After having serveral people blow below the legal limit, the machine started to acrue the alcohol, eg person 1 0.01 PCA, person 2 0.02 PCA , etc etc until this fellow blew and it went over the limit.

Problem was this fellow was of a religion ( cant remember which one ) that forbade alcohol. So he goes back to the station for a blood test and Lo for the blood test came back negative for alcohol.

And now blood tests are needed to convict on DUI and "blowing in the bag" is used to see if a blood test is needed.

... then you probably don't know in which seemingly innocent substances alcohol can hide. Anything that contains esters and water will also contain alcohol (pretty much any fruit juice qualifies here), even without any fermentation. Anything with yeast in it, too. Any alcoholic beverage used as an ingredient in cooking will put you over a "zero" limit, as well as the miniscule amounts of alcohol in some alcoholic sweets. Heck, alcohol absorbed through the skin/lung from perfumes/disinfectants ?

Anything there to argue a case on? I'm against drunk driving, and underage drinking for that, but this sounds like one can and not driving, so feck that.

This isnt prob gonna work because when I got cited (but not by the police thankfully) for underage drinking (I was 17) all I did was lie to them and say that I had drank something but I didnt know why I ended up almost in the hospital. Sadly, with you they have proof that you were drunk (because they tested you but Ive heard that if you refuse to do it they cant make you -dont know if thats true). At least you were walking down the street when you got caught. When I got caught it was because I had passed out. I ended up in an infirmary.

Anyway when this happened to me I talked to people that got actually caught by the police and they said not to be too nervous. Maybe youll get out of it with a $250 fine and a citation to alcoholics anonymous :howler: Just like I did

Next time just stop doing stupid stuff like drunk driving and just stay inside of somewhere drinking. Or get a fake ID so you can go out to clubs

actually andy blew a .018 which is 10 times lower than the rate you have to blow to be considered legally intoxicated. they only pulled us over because i believe they had some sort of halloween quota.

Real Betis just beat Chelsea 1-0, and thoroughly deserved to win. That was the best performance by an opposition team against Chelsea since Liverpool weeks ago and finally luck was on their side. Just goes to show that in Europe anything can happen, while in the EPL nobody seems to be able to beat the billionaires.

PSV also beat Milan tonight and I cannot wait to see this match on replay...Capello should probably study this one as well and learn from Guus Hiddink how to play football against Milan and how to play in Europe. Rather embarrassing when you put everything into perspective.

Julio Cruz continues to save Inter's and perhaps Mancini's ass with his late goals. From what I have seen thus far Porto seemed to deserve more than just a loss for this match and Inter got rather lucky once again.

Quit making that shit up, there is no such channel.

I think Seven is now using Erik's account to spread his anti-American gospel across the globe. Need further proof? Was it really Erik engaged in a p*ssy discussion yesterday? I think not.
