We are an uncouth, brutish species reminiscent of the Boston Southie.
The knuckles are dragging in beer in the streets of the South Side tonight, though. Just waiting for the morning reports of all the Irish pubs that have tragically run out of beer.

I think prostitution is illegal because it "violates" a woman's right... but if she WANTS to be a whore then thats her problem... the problem with it being illegal is that sometimes people just push them to become whores and they dont have any other way to go because theyre broke/homeless/etc. or theyre minors.
Finally, a decent con argument! The question of whether legalising it would help in that regard is interesting. You remove the often violent pimp from the equation, and she's free to walk away. What's to stop her waitressing instead?
I think its disgusting to pay for someone to give sex, when its not even that hard to get it for free
No everyone finds it easy to get. And not everyone finds it disgusting.

So youd rather pay for a whore, than go out one night and find a girl whos drunk enough and lie to her to get her into bed?
Do you know how many women come into hospitals every week, claiming to have been raped? Often, they claim to have been drugged, but test show nothing but alcohol in their bloodstream. That kind of accusation can ruin a man's life. Not that Id' do either, but I'd sooner pay someone.
I dont even wanna know how many diseases the prostitute has down there

I am working with a young man at the moment. He is 17 yrs. old, black, and from a good family with both parents present in the home. He was driving around with some friends and saw three men walking up the road. This kid told the driver to turn around and pull up to the 3 guys. Then he had the bright idea to jump out with a gun and rob the guys. This is his first offense. He will probably serve 4.5 to 5 years in prison. With this offense there is no chance of probation and my state has phased out parole. The kid did make a choice. He told police that he was just sick of never having enough money to buy the shit he wanted.
Does 5 years seem like a long time? Yes, but not if you consider the terror of the 3 victims and the irreparable psychological effects on those guys.
The kid did not make a choice! I can’t teach you in one thread what takes 2 years in psychology studies to learn.
If he had grown up being learned moneys not important, had he done the same?

What I said, that you obviously dont comprehend, is that Canada, who has a strict gun law, still has major problems with shootings

now thats just bollocks. psychology or not, it was his choice made personally by him. i wasnt thought that money isnt important, yet i do understand that pointing gun at someone's face in order to ron him is ****ing wrong!

Of course it is wrong. That is not the point here. I am trying to discuss something complex and gets answers like: “you do have a ****-ing choice”.
And what do you mean by psychology or not?
If you do not understand how we work (humans that is) how can you in that case come up with a solution?
Asking the same question as before: What are the number of Muslims borne in Texas? Is that because they all chose that? If they would have been borne in Iran would they have choose the same?

Are you sure of that?
The impression I get is that the majority of prostitutes, at least here in Europe, are normal girls who have been lured into leaving their depressed countries for the fake promise of a better life and a quick buck in the "West".
Then you also have so-called escort girls, oftentimes students who would do the job to pay their rent or buy the last Gucci suit.
*applause*
That is one of the reasons. But the point i´m applauding is that it is so easy to go in to the wrong track. And that it is not as easy as 123 why...
