sounds just like peru, you´re just thrown into the back of a van and taken to the station. of course you can walk out of everything (only nut in murder cases) by bribing the cop with about 50 soles (equivalent to 16$). Why so cheap? cause the cops wages are even smaller in peru.

There are some facts that you surly don’t have.

Harder penalties for the criminals equals more brutally offences.
Countries with the most polices have the highest crime rate.
USA have more blacks in prison today then in school…

I tend to agree with you. I lived in Texas under the Reign of Furor W. He fried blacks and retards like it was his job. I think texas executed over a thousand people during his reign and maybe 5 percent were found to be innocent later. That sucks but its not my point. The point is that crime in Texas didnt go down. You can carry a gun in Texas like a pack of gum. Thats would be the biggest problem not to mention the easy access to guns as well.
