No it's not. True, most members can behave themselves but there is always going to be an idiot or two who's going to cross the line and who's going to have to dealt with, whether it's an oppossition fan trying to annoy members here, or simply an idiot that cant behave, moderation is neccessary. BEsides, there's no moral judgement, in most of the times we only look at how something is being said, rather than what. Meaning you have free speach as long as you dont insult others or abuse it.
