    You mean LAZIO

    Inter doesn't fight for scudetti.
Right..my bad. Its hard to keep track of Juve's scandals :cheesy:

Inter was in 98 when Iuliano tackled Ronaldo a-la Lawrence Tayler when he was inches from goal

But yes Inter does not fight for Scudetti..they only fight the evil Moggi and Galliani

I came home early today to take care of Sofia who is down with some respiratory bug, and saw the Liverpool-Chelsea match. Still waiting for one of these sides to score - perhaps in the 4th CL meeting a goal will actually cross the line. No matter, it's not as though ESPN would consider showing better matches. Fockers!

Smoked a Cuban cigar, The Trinidad, and it was lovely. Drank some Cuban rum, Havana Club, and it was lovely. Then Sofia woke up, so I didn't get to fap in any shoes. A good day, though, and SoSo is feeling better. Viva La Habana.

That's Inter alright. "We didn't lose the Scudetto over 34 matches, we lost it because a referee failed to make one call in one match in our favor."

Perhaps the Interisti should follow Moggi's suggestion and actually try blowing it out their asses. :D

ESPN would show Man United verses Burke's right nutsack before they would broadcast a better match at the expense of an English side. Milan-Schalke was by far the better match of the day, so I hear from Burke. I am just waiting to see what games those douches broadcast in a couple weeks...all I have to say is they better show Juve-Bayern, those cockmongers.

Hope little Sofia gets rid of that bug real quick, Pado....and gives it to Tom Delay.

Oh, and cigars are the shit.

What do you have against Google?!! Oh yeah thats right you dotcom millionaires are always trying to outdo the other :cheesy:
    Did you say out-douche?.

    I think you're onto something...

Speaking of dot-com millionaires, I'm on every lame ass snail mail list these days. I'm getting crap magazines like Smart Money, etc., that all tell me what to invest in, what hot technology to buy, what new tech gadgets I must have, where I should buy my second vacation home, etc., and I don't even ask for it. Just once, I would love to see someone come out with some counter-programming for all this buy-buy-buy sh%t. You know, like a magazine called Jettison ... where the whole thing is dedicated to crap you should get rid of.

Forget all those dot com stocks you should buy, these are all future losers you should dump. That sort of thing. (Just as no broker ever tells someone when to sell.) And when should you get rid of that crap 1994 Mustang of yours? And you're still listening to that 5Gb iPod - what the hell is a matter with you? And oh, that blue denim casual shirt you wear on Fridays went out with Newt Gingrich's Contract On America. And while you're at it, your girlfriend is a skanky ho and deserves to stay with the loser, ugly friends she hangs out with -- you can do better than that retread poontang...

    that sort of thing.

Is that too much to ask for? Is that too anti-capitalist for the current cultural climate?

I'm still debating whether to laugh or cry at this statement.

I was watching some of the ManU-Benfica match, and I could have sworn that the d*ckhead announcers literally called Benefica defender, Ricardo Rocha, "that Benfica defender". Meanwhile, they're fast and loose with the medical details of Ryan Giggs' latest prostate exams. They can tell me about the latest boil on Paul Scholes' ass, but they can't tell me what Luisao did in the Superliga last weekend.

In the U.S., the ESPN coverage should really be retitled, The EPL Champions League & Friends. :sigh:

Ditto here in India as well. And you're only mentioning someone being referred to as 'that Benfica Defender'. That still shows more respect than what they're actually capable of. It must've been a good night for them because I've actually heard one of the commentators refer to Vieri as Viera all game long a couple of seasons ago. No wonder, ESPN wants to stick to the EPL. At least that way, the commentators can look knowledgeable.

PS: Andy, you can forget about the Juve - Bayern live broadcast because Man Utd and Arsenal would also be playing on the night. The same shit happened last year.

Overheard in the ESPN programming conference room:

"The Champions League would be so much better if it weren't for all those darn, pesky other teams from Europe we just can't seem to get rid of."

Seriously. And the main henchman behind this biased commentary is that idiot Tommy Smith who probably is a Man United fan himself...why he is given such an important job is beyond me. That commentary team yesterday had really nothing to say about Benfica besides the fact that we already know of them winning the Superliga last season...but I'm not surprised because Smith is an imbecile.

And like I said in the other match thread, we can thank those imbecilic, so-called "United supporters" who support them just because they are the supposed "biggest club in the world." Jesus, what would we do without that club...I would kill myself.

And people wonder why we hold resentment towards the overzealous EPL martketeers...

Fantastic. I just cannot wait to see that Arsenal-Sparta Praha match...you don't get closer to a Champions League Final than that...

Tommy "State the Obvious" Smyth? You bet. Why this guy is providing color commentary for Champions League matches makes me wonder if someone lost a bet. He's shaky on his EPL knowledge, and it goes downhill from there. For example, whenever Milan plays a match he's on, I get the feeling that he's rehashing the mental image stuck in his head of Milan from 1994 (I'm still half expecting him to call Capello their coach) -- his brain hasn't registered anything new ever since.

And those hokey, trite, cliche phrases each and every time...

Needless to say, I would like to give that wanker a swift kick in the ol' onion bag.
