Paul, I understand its a Porsche, but goddamnit, those Cayennes are ugly.
I quite like them... Only vehicle of its type i've ever really liked... Plus they handle perfectly and are quick enough to actually replace a car rather than having to own both

Uh, yeah, If I had an unlimited budget.

However, considering what we paid for the Infiniti today, I'm more than happy with it.

She should be picking it up on Wednesday

edit- this is in response to Altair, not Paul.

Oh I don't agree with that....still looks rather stylish to me.

You have an M3 Altair? Are you considering an upgrade when the M6 comes out? :D

Damn, the M3 is my dream car.

Yeah, the Cayenne's top of the line Turbo has about 450hp, almost too much power to handle. As Auto mag stated recently, the Cayenne is "the answer to no one's question."

oh Man the M6 will be amazing, I would of course consider the upgrade but how feasible that is for me is a different story :) But the M6 will be sick and super rare. As a replacement I am actually considering the S4 cabrio.

Disagree with that... When i test drove the turbo.... With the way it handles, i could have done with a bit more... Slightly too controlled

The S4 is very nice but I'm not that big a fan of the boxy look of the car. Not sure about the engine either, especially after having the powerful M3.

Really? The Turbo is considered the "world's fastest truck" as it is.

Exactly. The M3 is the sizznit. The M6 is going to be better than both, but it has a greater price tag, as well as, like you said, harder to attain.

i kinda like the dolphin look. as far as engine it's a pretty strong V8 340 hp 6 speed. plus in 06 they'll come up with the fastest gear shift in the industry ( the present 9 11 one)

Yes... It may be quick, but it handles too well... theres not enough feel in it... You find yourself looking for more jus so you can see if you can get it too kick....

The same reason the porsche salesman told me that most of his customers end up going with the S (and often a boxster to go with it)... Its a better drive and more fun.... Not quick enough to replace a car though

Thats not too bad then...fastest gear shift in the industry is certainly a plus.

Wait a minute...faster gear shift than the M6?

Yeah, that would probably make more sense if you still want that sportscar drive. How much price difference is there between the S and Turbo? $20,000?
