Well, it's a good thing I didn't call Juve's most successful team that of Bettega because all you can-shitters would turn that into a pissing contest about how Vieri was better, and shit like that.

It was NEVER a comment about Scirea, it was Juve of the late 1970's, early 1980's.

Must I do all the coffee can shitting around here? Nick, this was not directed at you, as you seem to understand what I was attempting to say.

Is that Nick doing the talking or . . .

his arse? :D

Italy have been blessed with great defenders and this argument is for the shitter. The point was that the Juve of Cabrini and Scirea were the best in Juve's long history. Then all you shoe-wankers started crap that Nick felt he had to defend. So, shit in a bucket, take your EPO, and go watch the Tour de France.
Scirea, Baresi, and Maldini...all the best defenders in the world at one point in time and all share similar places in Italy's and the world's illustrious history book. All three players peaked at different times in the world of football, so comparing them becomes a difficult task when all three were the greatest of their respective generations. Lets just leave it at that.

For football coverage? Hell yeah. But so would the rest of Western Europe.

Like I said; whichever W-EU nation appeals to you
I have some grasp of the Spanish language, so perhaps Espana would be a good choice, or of course, England. I have always loved the looks of Italy though.

In Holland; English would suffice. Dan will verify.
