Oh please... Its the most cosmopolitan city in the world where you can get any type of food or standard of food you want... If you cant instantly find good food in london theres something wrong with you.

Just about the worst clubs in london that only kids and tourists go to... yeah, must check them out!
lol wow got you riled there, anyhoo I would take criticism like any other but there's no way you can convince me that the food in England comes even close to that served in the states I've been to london several times and i actually stayed there 2 months when I was 16 and the food was just :yuck:
, i guess i am used to better ;) as far as clubs yes I am a kid and a bit of tourist as much as I like to think the opposite maybe next time YOU sir can take me to the "hot" spots, what kind of music do you look for in clubs?

Bullshit. Food standard in London get's as low or as high as you want it to. Stop eating in the hot dog stands with the pigeons and the Bugerkings pehaps?

Those clubs, depends what your into. If it's dance music and taking ecstacy then sure. Better to go to bars in London I think (thats where the hotties are), or some of the rock venues (thats just because I like live bands)

I've been to London many times, never bothered with the sights. I know what they look like, don't need to stand beside them and take a photo. Museums/Galleries are the best thing about London, or the night life. Yeah that's the only reason I go there infact :D

So Nick, pull any English drunk camilla look alikes?
I never said I stood toe to toe with the Japanese tourists snapping pictures of Big Ben with a thumbs up sign. When I am in a city I look to go my own way so I did without the American "must do" Double Decker "original tour buses". I walked from Paddington to Chelsea to Piccadilly to Oxford and around the City area.
Actually I found the food quite good compared to what I was told. If one acts like a tourist even cities like Florence and Rome will SUCK in terms of food. I avoided eating anywhere I saw video camera carrying 'herds of tourists'. I never had one disappointing meal even though I ate in neighborhood pubs for the most part.
The $$ issue: I grew up in the New York area and spent a few years living in Manhattan for school and afterwards. I know what to avoid and how to make the best of a "buck" or pound for that matter. London is not anymore expensive than any major city: though, in some ways I liked London better than NYC and I'm as "New Yorker" as you will find. For such a city that easily stands 'toe to toe' (my word of the day) with NYC and Tokyo it is much civilized than NYC; much more clean and has more style. Maybe I'm just sick of NYC and found London a breath of fresh air. Regardless, the rumors are a load of horsesh*t....I loved it.

Dude I live in Rome (pickpocket capital of the World) and as a kid spent week-ends in NYC during its worse era. Maybe I was lucky or over-cautious but the 'suspicious' characters in London were nothing compared to what I see in Rome. Get off and Termini Station in Rome and you pick out the 'scammers' from a distance. In London, despite the warnings I never saw that.

im quite suprised u got one...the majority of the enligh no nowt about foreign footballers...well foreign things in general....there only a few educated ones.
Well he didn't actually know the term "Bobo" but he started YELPING from across the room "Vieri....let us buy you a pint and you can come score some goals for us this week-end".
After he began to get on my nerves I replied "WEST Brom Baby !"

He wasn't impressed and sobered up fast :wth:
