Eddie Johnson is absolutely amazing. I don't think we have ever had such a great prospect in the history of US soccer. He's the US Thierry Henry. I just hope he continues to improve then moves on to a club in Italy or Spain, not England.
I would actually liken him to the US Milan Baros. Capable of amazing things in international play, but not yet living up to it at the club level.

Well that's too early to call I think. We might be able to tell after this season though.

Peddling himself on the corner, laying his trick money down.
jog on son...you have me confused with the hairy Domincan you shared a cell with who loved calling you JUANITA and imagined you two were in a king size bed at the Hilton in the Hamptons.

I found out today that Venezuela is a country and actually has people in it, not just oil.
    Ha ha ha

What about the people that take the oil out from the ground?

Next time you put gas in your car think about me because that oil probably was mine

    2-0 US.

Eddie Johnson will be the new US Superstar.

Benfica offered MLS 5 million for him, and they were turned down.

    And, he turns 21 tomorrow.

They should be up at least 4-0, and that Donovan goal that was disallowed was bullshit. He was onside.

Eddie jophnsons is the hot potato in the USA team... foget that little Adu guy. Eddie is the man. I saw him for first time when USA demolished panama some months ago .
    The guy is class.

BTW...panama tied with mexico 1-1... but the panama goal was very nice. U saw it?

    International friendly results:

    Italy 0 - 0 Iceland

    Vanuatu 2 - 1 Venezuela

    Burke is not dead yet.
Yes Vanuatu and Aruba both have NTs. But if we want to talk of countires that do not, let's start with Sao Tome.

    They are there all right.

    Comoros is another one...

So if any of you don't like that fact, go knock your heads on some wall. The fact is that there are sovereign nations out there without football national teams.

Eaglesnake, I know of no country that is too small so as to be unable to raise a 22 man squad for a game.

Even Andorra plays international football, and they have a smaller population than Sao Tome.
