It's not like wanking is the equivalent of sitting on the couch eating ice cream. How would it undo the workout in the gym?
Thats what the gym trainer/assistant use to tell me when i was using the gym few years back. But i'm not sure excatly how it undo's the workout.

You do know that a good workout does wonders for the sex drive.

Ask Pado.

He still needs that inflatable ring to sit down, even to this day.

Right now US is in fourth, with the top three countries qualifying.

1-0 US at half-time.

2-0 US.

Eddie Johnson will be the new US Superstar.

Benfica offered MLS 5 million for him, and they were turned down.

And, he turns 21 tomorrow.

They should be up at least 4-0, and that Donovan goal that was disallowed was bullshit. He was onside.

Eddie Johnson is absolutely amazing. I don't think we have ever had such a great prospect in the history of US soccer. He's the US Thierry Henry. I just hope he continues to improve then moves on to a club in Italy or Spain, not England.

Yeah that match should have been 4-0, no question. We played very well, much better than on Sunday at the Azteca.

we played like shit against mexico. why were we defending for the last 5 minutes? we didnt have anything to lose, but instead of attacking and trying to pull back a goal they played possession in our own half?
