Nick, you could add the automated user: echo123 (Echo Test Service) so you can test your mic volume/clarity. (Click on the (+) Button on the top right corner of the window and enter echo123, then give her a call)

Don't be freaked out by the wierd-accented scandinavian chick/recording though... just remember that she's there to help!!
