what is a normal day for a cop like? for how long do you work each day?

I think youre the first cop Ive ever met

Ive met cops before but only when they have been busting in on a club or arresting me for being to drunk. Never get a chance to talk

Yeah exactly me too. I think its great to have a conversation with a cop about something else than me getting punished

Every day is different, thats why I like the job so much.......

I work 8 1/2 hours a day, 5 days a week

Basically, you patrol a certain area that your assigned to each shift, and answer 911 calls. These calls range from everything like illegally parked cars to suspicious persons , to domestics to shots fired

I assume you wear uniform everyday

What about the Boston police officer that scraped your drunken arse off the floor the day that Boston Univ. put you on special probation? You met that officer, didn't you?

Parking enforcement checks the meters...I could really care less

However, if someone is in a handicap spot with out a handicap parking permit, I'll tag the car (that pisses me off)

Yes, I wear my uncomfortable poly uniform daily....

It was a Boston University policeman. I dont really remember what I told him, and I didnt exactly talk about life or his duties with him

I wonder what Vinny's sidearm is, Berretta 92F? Sig, H&K? Glock 19?, but I think the biggest at his disposal is probably a Heckler and Koch MP5K or MP5sd5.

I love the MP5, a great weapon. Several divisons in the Norwegian army use it, but sadly not mine so I haven't gotten one of my "own".

I read a report that said the silenced version, the SD5, where the whole barrell, from the breech to the end of the barrell, it is so silent, that the bolt going back and forth, and the casings hiting the ground cause more audible noise than the round being fired.

That is sick.
