Sergio and Andy, I really do believe that Joey Harrington will mature into a big time QB, just give him an offensive line (similar to that which Brett Favre enjoys in GB) and the man could do some damge. I also think Mooch is an outstanding coach and Detroit (read football backwater) is lucky to have him. The problem is that ex-jock, brick head idiot charged with the responsibility of buying and selling players - I think the idiot is named Matt Millen. What was Detroit thinking when they hired him? What was Detroit thinking when they extended his contract?

Harrington's decision making is horrible. He was the beneficiary of a spread-type offense in Oregon, and he excelled. Detroit tried to do that this year once they signed Tai Streets, but once Charles Rogers went down, that plan flew out the window.

But Harrington's arm is average at best, and he's not a 5 step or 7 step QB with the type of arm he has, he needs to be in a system that allows for a 3 step drop, and he needs to be able to hit the quick slant and seam patterns in order to excel. Losing Charles Rogers really hindered his development, but I've seen some awful throws that he's made this year that have nothing to do with the weapons around him, especially on simple passes such as a screen pass.

And Pado, that ex-jock Millen has done a great job in the last few years of drafting players such as Roy Williams, Charles Rogers, Kevin Jones, Boss Bailey, and Rocky Calmus. He just shouldn't be allowed to sign players like Dre Bly to a ridiculous contract

I really do not see Joey Harrington becoming a "big time" quarterback. He does not have a very strong arm and is too small to become a force. If he would get an offensive line like the Packer's then he would obviously be better, but he's no Payton Manning or Kyle Boller. I see him as an average QB.

Matt Millen is the bane of Lions fans from Toledo to Traverse City. Yes he has brought Roy Williams and Kevin Jones in, but the only good things he has done is in the draft. Trades and free agent signings, well, you know how that goes. Horrid.

I wish the Lions had a sensible owner, like Mike Illitch of the Detroit Red Wings. The Ford Family is not cutting it for the Lions.

Well, Kelly is hired. Trump made the right decision, and the new Apprentice Kelly will be working on the biggest project ever in New York City.

Damn, I want to be on the next Apprentice. I'll be another Andy.

Thanks for ruining the ending for those of us who watch it delayed you friggin yankee.

By the way..listen to Libero: he is a wise man. You could learn a thing or two..about a thing or two.

Onto to a serious note: Someone hacked into my credit card and milked it for like 2 grand before they blocked access. Anyhow, since my card is linked to my bank accounts et al. I basically had no means of getting CASH for like two days: And this being Italy where no emergency cannot wait for "tomorrow" it wasn't as easy as calling a 1-800 number to get my account back up. What a friggin disaster. Anyhow I suspect I know who the HACKER was (or from WHERE...last transaction)....he can expect Balky to harass him well into the new year.

Either that or I make some calls and he will wake up with a CREAMY WANKED SHOE in his bed :cheesy:

That innuendo does not work, be more specific. Your comprehension of this year's Juventus, stating they are just as mediocre as last season seems rather naive to me.

He was pretty damn intelligent, just graduating from Harvard. He had some of the best ideas on the whole show, no question.

And this is going to be sick. What a test we have against Real Madrid. I am actually estatic because we are almost guarenteed to watch the game live, because all ESPN shows is Real Madrid.

Also, Manure will face Milan, and we know he will win that tie. Barca will have trouble with Chelsea unfortunately, and I see an end for the Catalan side, sorry to say.

Its even better if you have the TeleLatino package, which now includes ESPN Deportes, they are guaranteed to show it.

If I have to handicap it right now, I would say that all three Italian teams will advance, with Inter having the easiest road.

This really looks good for Italian sides. The most interesting matchup looks to be Chelsea and Barcelona actually. One of those two "superpowers" will be eliminated, and I really have a feeling its going to be Barca. However, I cannot stand Chelsea anymore, and English teams for that matter, so I hope Ronaldinho shows up good for those matches. I'm excited as hell just thinking about these matches.

 I love ESPN Deportes. Best commentators ever. Thats the thing I missed most from home. They show at least 10 different soccer matchs every week
