Andy : my parents don't care about football, but 75% of my family have been Juventus fans since always. The rest either support Inter - to my great enjoyment - or smaller clubs like Atalanta. Apart from my great-uncle Gianni, there has never been a milanista in my family. What does that make me:confused:?
I was talking about baseball, and baseball fans only. I suppose Pado, Nick, and others have never been to rural Pennsylvania, Maryland, or West Virginia. If they have, they would understand where I'm coming from.

Nicola are you going to Turin this saturday?

I have a friend (Milan fan SADLY) that is going... I told him to call me when JUVE scores a goal
Unfortunately, you may be waiting near the phone a long time for that to happen.......

It may not ring until April, when we play Milan for the second time.............

Oh, and you are a Yankee fan too? Just get on board before the bandwagon passes by.
Are you kidding?

1. I don't really like baseball.

2. Even though I don't pay much attention to the sport, the Pittsburgh Pirates are my team. I "wasted" many days at the old Three Rivers Stadium. Excellent times in the early 1990's

Andy, I've spent much time in the aforementioned region. On my many trips to Pittsburgh I would visit friends in Aliquippa, PA and Weirton, WV. In fact, I very nearly died on I-80 (I think that is the number) a couple miles west of the State College exit.

@Vinman - Juve might not score, but WE WILL NOT LOSE on Saturday. I see either a 1-1 draw or a 1-0 win.

It's just my opinion ffs. I see, though, that many people here have criticised my opinions and not taken kindly to them. Maybe I should just become an ass-kisser like the rest of the lot..

Its okay to have an opinion but not to be a world class asshole :cheesy:

Time is telling. Kaka is going through his sophomore slump, while Ronaldinho is guiding his team to a commanding position in La Liga and seemingly deep into the Champions League.
Firstly, kudos for calling it a sophomore slump as opposed to labeling a one-time wonder/flash in the pan like some have done. However, I don’t agree. His season can only be considered a slump IF we match his performance this season to last season. It is rare for a player to adapt so quickly to Serie A let alone a 21 year old player. Thus, how does one GROW from there? He is still a pillar for Milan every game and has become a crucial link for the offense. All to say I still believe he is one of the top players in Italy. That said, YES, compared to LAST season he has been…quiet. However, I won’t label it a slump.

p.s. Milan ahead of Barca in Champions (group).

Kaka has not been that impressive thus far, you cannot deny that. But more than half of the season is left for Kaka to prove to the world that he is not in a sophmoric slump or a one hit wonder. "Time well tell."

Nick, what do think of Barcelona's tactics?

No, Andrew, never in PA, but I am from NJ.

Not an elk, but a snow storm forced me off the road.

Kaka - pure genius. Slump? See Milan-Fiorentina two days ago. No slump.
