The truth is that certain mods and myself made a backroom "deal" some time ago (think CIA and some corrupt south american dictator) which allows this thread to stay alive.

By the way....Burke. you really truly bore the shit out of me. Just thought I needed to tell you that.

In the U.S. ? No action would be taken. Once a result is final it stays final, in professional sports. College is different.

Nobody at Juve has ever said the doctor acted alone. This is the creation of the court. Juve have only said that this shit did not happen, and I believe this shit did not happen. To convince me, I have to see proof.
The league would have taken action and action would have been taken 6 years ago..not six years later. They would have stripped away that CL title faster tahn you can say "ONE TIMER".
That final argument: feed that sh*t to the tourists Kevin. Runners get medals stripped on a monthly basis in World Champ. meets..Marseille was revoked their title. Why should this be any different?
"Creation of the court"...Karl..come on now....you sound like one of your guilty as sin clients. Juve can say what they want: explain why the reports read the way they do. Explain why players made admissions. Admit why a plethora of players that passed by their system is plagued with injuries: (see Denco's excellent post on the topic). There is your Proof Kenneth :cheesy:

That isn't very incriminating to me. You cannot use injuries as evidence to your case because everybody gets injuries. Hell, I get shinsplints during every soccer season, am I doping? How about Shevchenko, Crespo, and Boban?

Marseille retained their CL title, they only lost out on their French title, and that was not due to the doping but due to match fixing.

If Juve did in fact dope, demotion to Serie B in 2005-06 would be the appropriate punishment. Playing in B with the scudetto on our shirts.

That would be an interesting season. Of course if we were to finish in the top four of the table this season, we would be in the Champions League. If they were not to take away that privledge as well, we would be a second division side playing in Europe. Does anybody know which club was the last to play in a European competition while playing in the second division of their respective country? (only UEFA CL and Cup apply here, not Intertoto)

NOT THE POINT :groan: You should APPRECIATE an analogy like that Roby:
Do the crime..pay the time. (or whatever they say).

Second part: Not gonna happen Keyshawn. Firstly, you haven't played us yet...you are at your peak...we are in shambles (injuries, etc) and only four points behind. What happens when we hit our peak form and you slump:
see last season. (Started off in a similiar fashion)

The real crime is not the EPO but the butcher who re-did Conte's hair :cheesy:

    right Krantz
