No man. It's only decriminalized for small amounts only, which I think is under 30 grams. This means that this won't go on your criminal record if you are caught, but you will be fined, similar to a traffic ticket. Therefore, smoking marijuana would be a civil offence, rather than a criminal offence.

I find eDonkey 2000 to be the best one.

I use Kazaa, but Bit Torrent isnt like one of those programrs, you gotta download a file called a torrent and the program will connect you to somewhere where users are sharing that file so while you download you also upload- its a good program for downloading movies and TV episodes, I downloaded the entire Sex and the City 6th season off it

That's exactly what e Donkey 2000 does as well.

I hate Kazaa, its a haven for Trojans and Viruses. e Donkey is a lot safer.
