Well, yes, of course.

Christ, you're asking me to figure out padovano, why don't you just ask me to split the atom instead?? It would be less perplexing.

You know him better than I do and while he does seem wacky I don't see him as complex except for the Sheep thing:
That part reminds of Tony Soprano and the ducks...wonder what they symbolize for Pado.

Anyways, I see him as your average Bruce Willis look a like, Tacchinardi jersey wearing, Goalie local league playing defense lawyer...

Yes, a defense lawyer who seems to specialize in traffic violations.

At least, that's the type of cases he seems to get, everytime I ask him how court went that day.

he's a good guy with a sense of humor. My only regret is that I can't talk to him (usually about 10-15 minutes) more than I would like.

You know, last weekend I was talking about baseball with a friend, and he said "women who dont know anything about baseball like the Yankees".
Women who dont know anything about football like Madrid.
Although Ive met some people who are hardcore Yankees fans. Between the Red Sox and the Yankees I'd go with the Yankees.

Oh come on now. I hate the Yankees, but I also hate Baseball as a whole. I think it is the worst sport ever created, and this coming from someone who lives in the country where it started! I have no respect for the sport at all. I played it for 6 years, and it was a waste. I should have played soccer year around instead of taking the spring off for the worthless sport of Baseball. I was good at the sport, made the All-Star team and everything, but it was a waste of time. I wish the players of MLB would go on strike again, and this time for good!

I dont really like baseball that much either, Andy, but I must admit that I follow the Venezuelan Baseball League and go to the stadium to see my team once or twice a season.
I wanted to create a baseball debate!

u spend less calories playing baseball than gardening
    True dat!

Fabi: I can understand that you go to watch baseball games in Venezuela. Correct me if I am wrong but you guys have only soccer and baseball in your country to watch, but here in the States we have other sports that are better than baseball, like ice hockey and COLLEGE basketball (not the worthless NBA). Not to mention that American Football is sometimes entertaining as well, but it will never be better than the real type of football. But I hope soccer will one day become the most popular sport in the USA; youth leagues are on the rise and MLS attendence statistics are looking great. The latter of the two has much to do with Freddy Adu; he could be the spark plug for soccer here in the US.

More good news: MLB officials say that attendence numbers are falling; each year less and less people are showing up for games. This, hopefully, will be the start of the demise of baseball in the USA. I think finally some people are starting to realize that the sport of baseball just flat out sucks, and that there is no point in watching MLB anymore.

Andy: here in Venezuela it isnt popular to go and watch a sports game, besides baseball, to the stadium. Baseball is the most popular sport here, in the baseball season the stadiums are always full. With football we've just gotten used to watch it on TV because Venezuelan football really sucked until like two years ago. And Im only talking about the national team that started filling up stadiums after Korea/Japan 2002, but the first division of Venezuelan football isnt very popular at all here. The stadiums are never full, just like 25%.
The difference is, that people care about national baseball more than the MLB, but they care more about foreign football leagues, especially La Liga, than their own.
There is a basketball league here too, and you can go and watch in at the stadium. Im not really a basketball fan and it isnt that popular here.
So yeah, you're right, I'd say the only two popular sports here are baseball and football

Hmmm, so your saying that domestic soccer is more popular here in the US than in Venezuela? That seems hard to believe! :D

I guess our respective countries are very similar, in terms of soccer. More people here care about the European leagues, and those same people don't give a care about the MLS. And that is fairly reasonable to understand. But I do care about the MLS and I hope it becomes one of the major US sports (still care more about Juve though). I think it is time for Americans to let go of the so-called great pastime of baseball, and start to discover the world's sport.

Yeah, I forgot basketball. Isn't Venezuela a big volleyball country too?

    Whats with the Emma bashing?

What do you have against fine ass ladies??
Just to clarify, I have nothing against "fine ass ladies", I am simply disgusted by the fact that so many of our forum posters went completely crazy over Emma - that we were up to our ankles in drool, up to our necks in wankers trying to date this girl. Nevermind that they never met her, nevermind she lives half a world away in most cases, nevermind she stated she had no interest in an internet relationship, our boys just couldn't leave it alone. Rabid, starving dogs chasing a steak.

Over the years this forum has had many female Juventini, who were/are very knowledgable about the club and the sport of football. Many others who just wanted to engage other Juve fans from other cultures and share opinions. Then, along comes Emma, who states she has no interest in Juve and the pack of dogs goes crazy becuase a couple of pictures are posted and she looks good. Very good. But that is hardly a reaon to build a shrine, and I fully understand why the female Juventini who have been here a while took exception.

So, I posted my Emma bash (in three threads) hoping it would be seen. Honestly, I have nothing against Emma. I enjoyed her posting here. I'm only against the reaction created in our young boys. I did not approve, and think that reaction is part of the reason she left. I would have left too. So it's over and on to the next thing.

That explains his obsession with Nina....

I never knew Slovakia was between Canada and the U.S....

    Damn

Nina? Hey Fonzie, don't even try to group Nina into your muck. She is the voice of reason, the ray of light in our pit of darkness that we call the forum.

Seriously, Nina rules, but what happens in Trieste stays in Trieste.:p:p

WRONG AGAIN, STEAK & EGGS BOY

We don't talk that often, and when we do it is because I am not in trial. Dealing with traffic matter is quick business, but when I am handling the major crimes I don't see my office before 6:00 p.m. Those would be the days we don't talk. I don't talk to anyone those days.

Now Sergio, grease up the Meat Missile, let's go surfing

Sorry to disappoint you..but, it's not FAKE.. they said it just to make fun out of it.. on MY ACCOUNT...

and guess what.. I went to the cafe last night and they came in.. I went to them and told them face to face..

"Vaffanculo.. :( .. Yes, I know what it means"

they were just :dazed: and :mute: .. I continued.. (trying to provoke them) "you have no dignity or honour at all..!! I was nice to you and you were just assholes.. F*ck you.. "

unfortunately, they left without saying or doing anything.. I was looking forward to beat them..
    :howler: :thumb:

I wish i could see their facial expressions!
I'm sure they felt about an inch tall... It's obvious they were p***ys because of the fact that they didn't have the balls to tell you in a language you'll understand.

I was angry when I went to them.. the fire sparks were flying out of my eyes.. even though, I had hard times stopping myself from laughing out loud when they left in that shape..
