Mr. Speaker, The Rhode Island delegate would like to throw its support and 2 electoral votes behind Balky, the Albanian Pick-Pocket.

Pado, I'm still looking for a picture of Danny Terio. Can't ever seem to find one when you REALLY need one, yet the moment you stop looking, Bam there they are

Pado...what kind of message did you leave Sergio on his voice mail?!!

Balky is the name I christened this Albanian pick pocketer who stands outside the Cafe/Bar downstairs from my appt. complex. He just paces outside pretending he is doing something...never understood WHAT he is pretending to do. Anyways, he moved from pickpocketing to collecting cans I think because everyone basically knows his "trade". However, I have seen him at Piazza Navona and Piazza di Spagna avoiding police brutality after bumping into a tourist.
Another character is the "Don" who I think is the owner of the cafe. He sits in the back of the cafe and is constantly looking at receipts or something. For some reason he thinks I don't speak Italian and tries to say the three English words he knows "New York very big friends" (pointing to himself). and he always asks "TUTTO OK?" (everything ok) like a good Mob boss worried about the "little people". I think he has Balky on the "payroll" because the fact he lets him stand outside puzzled me.

Pado: what time do you leave the office??

    You're on, Pal.

I'll see if I can get some time to play tomorrow after 6:00. I need to buy a USB headset so that we can talk. Can you imagine us playing SOCOM with our headsets on complaining about Legrotagllie, and our other team members are going "Legro, what 's a legro?? What position, how do I kill it?!?!?!":D

    Got that right!

Believe it or not, I have met some soccer fans playing SOCOM; sadly to say non of them stated Juve as their favorite team. I have astonishingly met two guys who love Inter Milan! What pricks! This other guy in my team is a Newcastle United supporter, and of course you have the filthy Manure and Arsenal supporters. I try to spread the word about Juve, writing Forza Juve at the end of every chat message. But most people say "what the hell is hoo-vay" or "man, why do you like soccer." I say to these pricks that they are just not intelligent enough to be soccer fans. :D

The voice mail thing, I hardly remember now but it was a disguised voiced telling Sergio I was on my way to the Prince concert and to get his shit packed, or I would be over to pack his shit for him :D

I usually leave the office around 7:00 p.m. ET (1:00 a.m. for you in CET).

execuse me guys for my intrusion.. but since there are many italian-speaking people around here, I would like to ask you about the meaning of the word "fafankolo" (spelling??) what does it mean..?? I don't wanna make a thread about it.. not worth it.. I think it's a bad word.. is it..? I want to be sure..

if you want to know about how I heard it.. here is the story..

last sunday I went to the this coffee shop where they were broadcasting Mialn-roma match.. there was a couple of italians there watching.. I was interested to make a small chit-chat with them..so, I went over there and tried to make a conversation.. I asked who do they support.. they said "Roma".. I smiled and after a while thanked them for their time and politely went back to my table.. when I was leaving I waved at them again and said see you guys next time and good luck next season.. "grazie" (it's the only otalian word that I know.. beside "Senior" :D and ciao).. they waved back "ciao.. see you" and mumbled "fafankolo..??" and suddenly they laughed out loud after that.. I was  :wth: and left..

    what does it mean..?
