Well yes, Alex does indeed deserve full marks as being the first to sniff out your "fact" as being a lie. However, Alex did not fully expose the depth of your mistake. Infact, I took it only a bit further by showing that the three clubs that finished last in their respective groups all participated in the next season's league. I did not realize I was going to have to go even further or that you would persist in your lie, Nick. In 1913, Italian football did not have the promotion-relegation system that is in place today. It would have been impossible. Clubs were created and immediately played in the league. Many clubs would just as quickly disappear, or merge with another club, or merge with two other clubs due to financial reasons and lack of fan support. I failed to point out that , in addition to the Northern qualifying round, there was also a South/Central qualifying round that had two groups of clubs. The last place finishers did not get relegated form that group either.
Now, here is the point: The Juve of 1913 only played a total of 10 matches. No club gets relegated based on a ten match season. The punishment, in that set up, was not advancing to the next round.

Pad..how mis-informed you are. Firstly, can you read Italian? If not then your research is pretty much worthless because you are going to find very little on Juventus 1912/1913. That season was the first the relegation was introduced. You seem to claim that because there was no A and B there was no relegation ERRRRRRRRRRRRR WRONG GUESS PADI..(want to try double jeopardy where the scores can really change?!). Relegation meant being demoted to another region and Juve finishing dead last was in fact to be demoted to another less competitive region. Check your facts or better yet grab an Italian dictionary.
