Not so much on #3 though.

Something about Spalletti that intrigues me. His ability to deal with adversity, his eye for young talent and developing said young talent, his champions league experience. This year for him was just an anomaly. I think he's brilliant football mind who was just in a no-win situation this year. For all the talk of Juve's injuries, Roma had it just as bad if not worse this year.
