Eazy, when is your last final? Mine is the Wednesday of exam week, and my roomate wants to go to the DC United - Fire match on Thursday night. Hopefully we all can go down there and honk at a bunch of sleeping truckers.

Speaking of papers, just looked at my grade on my forestry paper from two weeks ago. Squeezed out a solid B, with no criticism of my ideas. Grammar did me in, 6 points worth. Yep, in that class missing 6 points on a paper gets you a B.

Mine is Wednesday, yo, and Drew is coming down....

You need to see when you can make it out.
I'll check. I may have to go home that weekend anyway to pull up some carpet and install some flooring for the folks.

Legendary German striker Gerd Muller believes Luca Toni can beat his record and score more than 40 goals in a single season.

Toni, who moved to Bayern Munich from Fiorentina last summer, has already struck 35 times in 2007-08, netting 20 in the Bundesliga, 10 in the UEFA Cup and five in the German Cup.

“Luca is very strong,” said the World Cup winner. “He has already scored 35 goals and is the only person that can surpass my achievement.”

Muller rifled in 40 goals in 1971-72 between League and Cup.

I thought Muller's record of 40 was only for the Bundesliga?

And anyway, Toni has 10 goals in the UEFA Cup, which certainly does not count towards Muller's record. So in actuality he has struck 25 times, which means Luca still has a long way to go... actually an impossible feat since there are only a few more matches left. Leave it to Channel 4 to totally blow things out of proportion.

Sorry, Pado, Toni isn't anywhere near the level of the legendary Gerd Muller.

;)

Really depends on how you see it, Andy..
Absolutely not. It's no contest. Once Toni has more goals for the Azzurri than appearances and is able to score 400 goals in 450 appearances for a club, perhaps we can start talking.

But Toni better than Gerd Muller? :lol2:

It's not even CLOSE. I mean, this is just crazy talk here.

Pado's wrong, Waffleman is wrong, Andy is right....

Here, let me tell you one thing, his 40 goal season was 71-72 in 34 apps. for Bayern in the Bundesliga ONLY.

Also, Toni is allowed to talk or allowed to be talked about when he has 3 CL's under his belt, and has almost the strike rate for the national team comparable to about..... 1.01 - 1.0

Ohh, and I have two pictures:
