I have a confession to make. I work for Carrefour :p

So does your job ever get really stressful? Like sales plummet and everyone's blaming? "Boy if we don't get back on track this week.. " :D

Why am I curious? I'm curious about a lot of things. I just asked Vin a question about his job and I tend to ask everyone about their study/work.

So are you loaded or what? :D
You really working for Carrefour or just yanking my chain?

Well I guess it could be hectic like that, but hey I am still on my third week. Still learning the ropes.

Depends on what's the definition of loaded:D...

Oh yeah I live in Jeddah and I work for Carrefour as a spy, in fact I was assigned to spy on you so we could sabotage your sales. :p

Loaded means you drive the Batmobile and spend your weekends in the Caymans :D Seriously, is it a well paying line of work? It sorta sounds like it would be.

oooh :shifty:...I am gonna get fired

I know what loaded means, but loaded to a Rawandan (or Bangladishi ;)) farmer, is different than loaded for Donald Trump.

Will the court order the witness to answer the question :p

I just asked because I thought you were a student before you said something about work, so I got curious. And advertising seems to be one of those careers that pays well, on par with the better paid jobs if you will.

Well that was in 2004 when I first joined, I was a student :D.

I graduated last year, this is my second job. And in terms of numbers, I would rather not divulge any. But lets just say the pay is in the top 10% of fresh graduates in the country :)

Oh congrats, graduating is big :D

See that's what I thought. :) So what kind of education do you follow to become a brand manager?

Well as a fast entery a marketing major would be ideal. But since marketing isn't a technical field, it basically needs an astute business sense the rest could be acquired in on job training.

Indeed most big companies, don't even require a marketing major, any major would suffice. But they look for special charchteristics in a person such as leadership skills, listening skills, teamwork...etc and take them from there. Their logic for this is that they want pure minds with special trait and then mold them as they want them. A conglomorate like PG have already developed (and continuesly develop) their own process, lingo, SOP's...etc that a 4 year "PGer" would rival if not surpass any business university education.

Edit: Thanks (for the congrats thingy) :D

So, I heard Nick is banned for life.

If so, ban me for life as well. I think Jack is just pissed he's not accepted around these parts.
I am not pissed at all, there is no such thing as being accepted in these parts, all the parts are the same (except here someone can call me son of a goat, insult my mother and wife without being banned, but that means nothing to me) and for your request, do you really want me to ban you for life? And if I do, will you take it as you say it and not open tons of other accounts just to say how imbecelic that was? And will you not risk your friend's account being also banned for life by using it?

hm.. too much drama around here..

Any of the mods willing to hook me up with a username change? :D
What do you want it to be?
