There's an old Hamilton murder case from the turn of last century called "The Case of Evelyn Dick". She completely dismembered her husband and was eventually caught. There's a little stupid thing everyone says that is as follows..."You cut off his arms, you cut off his legs...how could you Mrs. Dick?" (miss his dick?)

Yup, that's about as good as it gets in Canada. :(

It's strange though. The other day I heard a meteorologist state that this is a weak El Niño year on record, however it doesn't seem very weak to me, especially in this country. Perhaps the two meteo courses I start tomorrow well mention what is up with this in the usual indroductory speech to the class. This place has been experiancing all sorts of wicked winter weather in the west, making history in Austin, Texas, with inches of measurable snow the other day. Austin's average yearly snowfall is ZERO inches. :wth:

So it seems like El Niño is kicking the asses of everybody this year... except for those in the mid-Atlantic (me). :depressed
Ease off the alliteration pedal, bro. :D

If this is weak, I don't want to see a strong one. But I'll start worrying when Amsterdam does: rest of the kingdom is issuing weather alarms, the capital is going 'seen it'.

EDIT: is it me or did the forum have a server hickup today?

I'm not too fond of this fucked up weather anymore.

a) It's supposed to be cold, it's not. Just yesterday I was able to play football outside in a t-shirt. That's not normal.

b) What is up with these tropical storms? Last time I checked we didn't have a moesson-season down here.

c) It's a good thing it's not snowing though. I don't like snow :D.

same here. It is hot in the afternoon and late morning. You cannot stay with a jumper. The maximum is to wear a long-sleeved t-shirt

i, along with everyone in this city, am praying for the weather to get as worse as possible as fast as possible

They don't have blizzards in New Orleans yet, do they? ;)

Well, it's been unusually cold here. Citrus freezes, etc. But I don't think the Bears will want to play in Candlestick. Nobody does.

It started getting cold on monday; the unusual thing is everyone i spoke to is more concerned with brady/manning 's play action abilities than the game against the saints
