Oohh Sheesha. Yeah Nawaf keeps pushing me to try it. I'll put that on my to-do list right below hooker

On pronunciation issues: I thought Canadian was the same as American and that's why Americans travelling to Europe tell everyone they're Canadian because there's no difference anyway apart from minimising the risk of being hung on a public square :toast:

EDIT: Andy you'll be interested to know El Niño is kicking our asses up here. One major storm hit the UK and the Benelux last Thursday, another one ravaged Scandinavia on Sunday and a third one is on its way, expected to hit Holland and Germany two days from now.

It's strange though. The other day I heard a meteorologist state that this is a weak El Niño year on record, however it doesn't seem very weak to me, especially in this country. Perhaps the two meteo courses I start tomorrow well mention what is up with this in the usual indroductory speech to the class. This place has been experiancing all sorts of wicked winter weather in the west, making history in Austin, Texas, with inches of measurable snow the other day. Austin's average yearly snowfall is ZERO inches. :wth:

So it seems like El Niño is kicking the asses of everybody this year... except for those in the mid-Atlantic (me). :depressed
