Enjoy what exactly?
Seeing teachers go berserk.

All in all I'm more than happy I'm done with school. University is much more laid back, I hardly never have to go to classes and my grades haven't really dropped in comparison to the effort I have to put in. Which is why I'm starting to believe that high school was a retarded system for me. People always say that you can't trust 12 year olds to get the job done on their own, but I'm pretty sure that if I had had the choice I would have worked three effective hours every day rather than wasting complete days at school.

Well if you look at it that way sure, high school is pointless in so many ways. So inefficient, so messed up. Especially junior high (13-15 in Norway), which is common to all. High school is a lot more segregated (16-18), you apply for either "lycee" or professional education etc.

All in all, high school was quite decent, cause I went to the IB. Ordinary Norwegian high school is stupid and junior high is just a sham.

It's pretty much segregated from the age of 12 in Belgium. Then again I supposedly went to one of the best schools in the region and took the heaviest classes, yet it still felt like wasting time. And I'm not even a genious. From what I hear it's different in the Netherlands. Less lessons ex cathedra and more interaction. Perhaps that excludes the idiocy that is homework, but if it's not tough enough it serves no use either.

It's galactically different over here yeah, but not necessarily better. There are different levels of high school, VBO being the most pragmatic (kids are literally taking cars apart etc) and Atheneum being the most theoretical (kids studying Greek, Latin and similar subjects). At the end of primary school you have to take some tests to see which level suits you best.

I remember I once had to take tests in kindergarten. I came out being retarded and they said it would be best to send me to a "special school". The teacher had described me as bright though and said she didn't understand. Apparently someone had told me just before the test that if I wasn't too sure about a question or if I didn't want to answer I didn't have to. I ended up scoring something like 12/60 :D.

I did IB as well. And regular Norwgian high school can't be as bad as American high school. Talk about striving for mediocrity.

It's not that it's really so bad, it's just poorly organized and many of the rules are really dumb. The focus of subjects is badly balanced and so on.

So what did you do after IB?

How was your trip to Napoli?
Napoli, was as good as ever, great atmosphere and great food with an entertaining match... what more can you want.

Not quite as hostile as last time i was there, but then with the continual inter group fighting from our own fans, they didnt need to be, jus sat back and watched as our fans kicked the shit out of each other... hopefully that will all be sorted soon... Its getting tiresome.

Regardless of the defence, how is the team playing? Watching highlights shows you nothing from the game.
Being that theres so many "satelite experts" on this forum, i'm a lil perplexed as to why you all havent seen these coppa matches... Jus cause they werent officially broadcast? They were all available from the sky feeds (either soft enc or in some cases free to air - But then i spose todays sat freaks are too lazy for feed hunting)

From watchiing the previous friendlies and the the first 2 coppa games.. We played pretty much as expected in this match... A slight improvement with each match...
We played well enough, My issue wasnt actually with the defense, more so the lack of concentration at certain points of the match.. To suddenly switch off at vital points was not acceptable and in my view down to DD... That is something he must work on...

I am also unhappy with some of the players DD thinks highly of and those he has disgarded...

Bojinov.. But for his goals has been poor to average in every game so far... How he has this following i do not know.. He showed the world last season he wasnt good enough and he isnt showing anything more now... WHat i would give for a forward option of DP, Trez, Palla and paolucci rather than DP, trez, Boji and Zala...

Paolucci has more talent in his pinky than boji will ever have and to look to zala over the allways impressive and multi talented palladino is ridiculous...

Then we have the likes of guzman who is no better now than he was the last time he wore the shirt, His curve flatlined at mediocre long ago...

Thank god for the likes of paro who actually is talented, though the comparisons to maresca are downright insulting to a young man who is actually capable of reaching real heights...

For the game, we cannot complain we had the better of a match against our chief rival for the title and the only team in B who could really do well in A... We lost on pens which is allways a lottery, but then to be a lil objective our lack of concebtration did bring us to that place, thougfh at this point of the season we have to expect that...

What do you think our chances are? Did you ever think we can make it all the way in Coppa so we play Europe next season?
No, Never, Even if we had beaten Napoli (as maybe we should have) we would have been turned over once we hit the serie A teams. People have got to realise, whatever our badge may say, we are now a serie B side in every way.. the only bonus is that we have a couple of Talents that shouldnt be playing down here, but we cant ride on the shoulders of DP and Neddy all year... they will do their part, but everyone needs to step up.. This is gonna be a hard year and if we are being realistic we need to be looking to the play offs not to winning the league...

People have also gotta realise whatever our badge says, these names people keep mentioning.. aint coming to serie B... We are a B side and will attract pretty much the same calibre of player as any other B side... and now we are out of the coppa, that list is even shorter...

I hate to give Respaul credit, but . . . great post really. I appreciate your assessment of the team over the first three matches, and have to agree with you on the caliber of our men in Serie B.

Palladino is said to be back from injury now, so I hope we do not use the last two days of the transfer window to work out a loan deal for the man.

Yep. The boys in cell block B. :agree:

Either learn to love it or keep up the façade of denial.
