Oh good luck, I once spent a few weeks in a campus building in England, it was just me, some English bloke, and the rest all Chinese people (about 20 of them) who didn't speak any English and made the whole place stink with their weird food. It was awful.

Plus they developed habits along the lines of slamming doors until 5am when they finally went to bed and using up all the hot water :lazy:

I see that my chinese brothas take their nose numbing smells with them wherever they go.

You should get a smell of the little china in Johannesburg, the ointments & various quisines make u wanna chop ur nose off.

In my experience they always eat so much of that crap that it comes out through their pores. Major lesson #17 of my short life: don't sit next to Chinese people on public transport.

Public transport is a BIG no no here,u garaunteed to sit next to someone that has no clue as to what deodarant is.

The worst smell that u can get is body odour & the terrible heat here makes it even worse.

Sounds like France, you'd think someone would introduce deodorant over there, but no... :undecide:

When i used to stay in Paris, the thing that really got to me was that ppl dont brush their friggin teeth & what makes it worse is that some ppl smoke.

Plaque & nicotene is a dangerous combination & how on earth can someone even go out in public with yellow & brown teeth is beyond me.

I'm just back from a week in Portugal. Lisboa is such an incredible city. Especially the Alfama and Bairro Alto areas.

I'm going to an island in the south of Italy tomorrow. God, I love holidays

The Havana Club 7 Year is fantastic. Of course, Cuban products are not available in this country so I always bring a couple bottles from my travels and then guard the good stuff like my Havana cigar depended on it.
smuggle in a bottle and geroge W will throw you i guantanamo and call you a threat to national security, realise you are only a threat to national shoe supplies and set you free.

Sweet. I'm going to spend a few weeks there in October.

I've been out recently myself at the small town of Mendocino on the northern coast of Cali. Middle of nowhere. Kind of a good getaway from all the freaks at work (and you guys, of course. :p)

One thing to observe about Mendocino is the variety of hippies you tend to occasionally run across (or over) on the Left Coast. On the Central Coast, and in Hawaii, it's the "let's grow our own lettuce and live off the land" hippie. In SF and Berkeley, it's the angry, pissed-off hippie. In Marin County, it's the New Age, crystal-loving (and not crystal meth) hippie. In Mendocino and the North Coast counties, it's the "my vehicle is powered off my own bowel movement" hippie.

Shitting in a coffee can there just isn't a pasttime, it's a renewable source of energy.

Talk about freaks... :pumpkin:
