ah i am sure he actually thought he could with juve, right up until capello explained that the ball wouldnt go through midfield, it would be played from the back to zlatan, who was expected to magically flail his foot and bewilder 4 defenders who woud stop to applaud his crazy skills.
so vieira- spotting nedved making a great lung bursting run down the flank, camo wide open in space on the right, del piero showing for the ball and trez, well trez being trez standing in the box waiting for the ball, does what capello saks from him and turns round and plays it to kovac in defense.
thank god "the don" has left,we are gonna have fun laughing at Reals bemused attacking talent next season
I believe that Real will probably win things as Canna will guard the defence well, but what im excited about is seeing the Real crowd boo the team for their boring displays.:weee:

Juve are in capable hands with Deschamps & i cant wait for some attacking kamakaze style football.:D

The fact that Inter successfully destroyed even Bergkamp says enough about that club.

EDIT: that's already been said. Never mind :D

me too byron, with youthfull vigour and an attack minded coach i can see us playing the sort of football that will make people fall in love with us all over again. hopefully del piero will take the extra responsibility and guide the kids through, while having fun at the same time, how great it will be to see alex in a system that allows flair.

Absolutely not. Eredivisie <> Serie A. I'm sick of seeing good Dutch players rotting on Italian benches because they don't fit the 'system'

well tbh i am joking about a bit i just hope taht Real have the same problem they have ahd in recent times.i seen an interview with an expert on spanish football a while back and he said that real would continue to struggle unless there were sweeping changes.
del bosque was the last coach to win anything with real,he won because he refused to be dictated to by the players. unfortunately for him this ultimately cost him his job, by dropping some of the "galacticos" he was showing he was in charge, what happened was Raul,Roberto Carlos, Morientes, Ronaldo were angry with this and went to the president and demanded a showdown. the Real management had the opportunity to show that no player was bigger than the club but, instaed, buckled under the players demands.
we all know capello has his favourites and is not afraid to leave out the fans favourites, so i see a long hard season for Raul,Carlos(if he stays) and Ronaldo. if he gets his way and manages to bind the team then real could eb formiddable, however, what price another player revolt?

So according to channel4 Vieira asked to go & inter are offering 14m pounds. Barca offered some cash + tiago motta. Very interesting,we should take inter's offer & place some faith in our youngsters for a change.

Duff moved to castle... and how the hell is Robben only 22 ?!?
Duff will be an exciting prospect for Newcastle.I like them purely due to the balck & white stripes.:p I was actually at a Nwecastle game years ago & those Geordie fans are amazing, they deserve better from that squad.

With all due respect they'd be better players if they would.
