I don't want Henry, I don't want Gallas, I don't want Adriano and I don't even want Ronaldinho I want SHEVA. He was a perfect fit..its not often a player enters Serie A and becomes the top scorer in his rookie season or that a player constantly scores a sh*tload of goals in both Serie A and CL and looks as if he was molded for the team....he beat Juve in the CL final..he punished Inter Merda...he gave brought the Golden Ball back to Milan and he was ours ....

I will never forget his contribution to Milan, his contribution to the history of the Rossoneri or how much he was adored by all. That said, he lost a few notches on the MAN BELT ... leaving a relationship like this (Milan) not for coach reasons nor economic nor pressure but because your wife wants to speak English and shop in Chelsea with Ms. Terry, Ms. Lampard and Ms. Abramovich...professional he will regret this move. He must start all over at Chelsea...he must deal with a number of obstalces (new sytem..new team..new style) and with this he is about to turn 30. In my opinion he secured his place in the Milan history books but could have gone down as one of the greatest..instead he will give whatever he has left to another team starting all over.

Excuse me while I croak
sheva is one of the players I really respect. great personlity and profi.. it is not gonna be easy for milan to replace him

And that's why Sheva sacrificed and learned English while living in Italy.
The fact he was learning English during that last year doesn't erase his previous experiences. Believe me, this'll hurt both Milan and Sheva a lot more than the "misery" we had when Zidane left.

Well Nick it seems it sucks to be a Milanista. While my Reds lost Morientes to Valencia it doesn't seem the same. You guys lost a true great. Hopefully he will get lost in the mix at Chelsea. And maybe you guys will take Crouch off our hands.

I don't know what are you implying, but both their departures are because of their women, so they can be compared with each other. As for the outcome it is something else, I know we benefited from the money Zidane brought us.

@Andy

Correction man. We played a 4 - 3 - 3 against Morocco with Beasley and Wolff on the wings supporting McBride. Donavon was running the midfield with Reyna and O'Brien playing deeper supporting rolls. Which was never going to work against Morocco's 4-5-1. You could also call it a 4 - 2 -1 - 2 - 1. This is how we should line up tonight.

McBride

Donnovan ------ Beasley

O'Brien - Pablo - Dempsey

Lewis - Onyewu - Bocanegra/Pope - Cherundulo

He lost notches on the "man belt" for putting his family first? oh please

A mans wife, children, family etc's happiness are far more important than any job or employer.

If anything he should go up a notch or two for not bowing to the presures to stay that his club legend status brings, but rather putting his families happiness first... exactly as it should be... Family must allways come first.

I always admired your family values.

the only player who could come into Milan and give them the same quality as Sheva would be Henry, and maybe Adriano

I wont be too upset if they brought in Ibra !!:D
