OK, Paul, and if you really believe that I was trying to quote you verbatim, then you should get that much needed sleep or take a humour pill. It's a joke. I came across the article in the newspaper, and thought, "My man Paul would go ape shit trying to defend English teeth if he read this" and I decided to post it and have a bit of fun with you.
ok, forget that...

I was also having a bit of fun at the Elkann's expense. Sure, I will support the little trust fund wankers when they control my club, but until then I'll support the Triade that I love so much. Sure, Lapo deserves the abuse and perhaps John does not, but John looks to be a teenager and does not inspire much confidence in this old timer. Maybe John will do well, but he does seem a bit young.

THE PADO HAS SPOKEN
I spose at 29 i can see your reservations about John... He proved himself in my eyes with some great work for ifil and fiat... to me hes definately ready and is for me the rightful and natural person to lead this club in the correct way for many many years to come... He deserves respect and deserves not to be constantly confused with his dipshit of a brother...

They do get boring fast. It's like constantly talking about waffles when discussing Belgium, while we've got so much more to offer: beer, chocalate... a shitload of people like Tifoso Lou..
Actually, you have got to admit the Belgian jokes and waffle references were rather amusing. ;)

No offense, but Paul's post was simply the view of a mentally sane man. I won't act as if it was an extremely intelligent post or get down on my knees in front of him, but what he said does ressemble everything I think (and everyone should think) about those issues.

Oh scrape off! So, we can't laugh about Elkann's unquenchable thirst for drugs and trannies because Pope Paul has been to the curva?

Hell yes, Paul makes sense but you band of idiots sometimes make him out to be the final word on all things Juventus.

So if Paul tells you that doping is in fact in the Juventus tradition because the Agnelli family has a long, long, long, long history of cocaine abuse, you are just going to nod your heads? Well the family does, but it's not in our tradition buckle boy.

And Andy, my comments to you were in fun.

Some of them were, but first of all I, and I'm guessing just about every Belgian, don't even care about nationalistic remarks made towards Belgium as we're anything but patriotic. I can understand more chauvinistic people getting genuinely insulted. Second of all it's the frequency that bothers me. They got boring, because there were so many of them. And lastly, there are funnier things out there.

Actually I think you misunderstood me. I hardly think Paul's a genious and I hardly think that was a brilliant post. Everything he said right there has been said by me as well, though not in one post.

Thank You Burkey...
Got to see this just now myself. It's a fantastic post, Paul. This is precisely the reason why I make it a point of reading what you do post.

I know I am guilty of at least a few of the mistakes, misunderstandings, and transgressions you list in here... and as of then is the case, I come away reading some of your posts having a better and broader understanding.

So thanks...

That is where you are wrong.

Paul is a genious.

And a master at twisting folks on message boards. Hell, I'll bet Paul could have you singing God Bless America within the next 60 minutes if he set his mind to it.

Swag, you being a reasonable poster, the only reason you are guilty of a few of those mistakes can be you haven't read enough about the subject.

Although he was behind Jaecole during the whole Italian-bashing, so I am somewhat skeptical of that part of his post. And to be honest these British teeth jokes are obviously just jokes and you can't help but laugh, too.

A little point... If you remember i agreed that what jae said was wrong... I defended him to a point, because i thought the reaction was somewhat ott and i do believe he didnt really know or mean what he said in the way it came across... I might have been wrong, i dont know, but i didnt defend the actual statement...

As for the jokes.. yes they are jokes... but the fact is, when you hear them over and over again they become annoying and to a point very insulting... Especially as many of the lesser brained people on places like this, do actually take them as an actual fact

Generalisations, however lame to people from elsewhere are almost allways, however lame they may seem, insulting to those that they are aimed at...

I know, my fellow Canalloni lover. Paul does make a lot of sense when it comes to the Triade, and I agree with him in that respect. However, his defense of the media can become a bit annoying at times. I'm all for laughing at Lapo.

His defense of the media is much needed around these parts though. A lot of let's call them "online Juventini" hide themselves after the fact "they" made it up. I, for one, want Juventus to be clean and won't take such a simple excuse for an answer.

Vinman claiming a double negation doesn't equal a positive on this forum :D. Brilliant stuff.

OK, but that's not as funny as the monkey that sticks his finger up his own butt, smells the finger, and falls out of the tree.

Now that is funny.

Ah, but knowledge and sanity are two different things.

Paul posted details about Giraudo I didn't exactly recognize until now. (Let alone how much I've whitewashed much of the Elkann clan largely because of one bad Lapo.)

Or a drunk ass Burke getting busted on by Samuel L. Jackson's police officer sister.
