Let me just tell you that you, personally, should not be let off the hook either. It's well known that Belgian teeth are nothing too pretty. Just look at all the gaps in your Prime Minister's smile.

Sorry, I just had to.
Actually we're very well known for our great medical treatment, so bad teeth in Belgium are very much an exception. Unluckily enough, our prime minister hasn't decided to use the system as of yet.

The timing is ridiculous. It wouldn't be as suspicious if we didn't also have questionable video footage of Cannavaro suddenly appear in last year's Scudetto race that was older than a 7-year proscuitto...

There is a bit of a crying wolf problem here of the accusers, let alone the accused.

Yes, and that shit nearly dragged Parma into Serie B with horrendous play on the field. Lucky they righted that ship in the play out. Poor Bologna, btw

LOL.

I'm sorry I judged the teeth of an entire people based on a single snaggletoothed representative.

P.S. Has anybody really suggested that the media has invented the Moggi scandal or have they simply said the media has blown it way out of proportion? Just asking.
Several people here have said that it was made up.. yes

Like I said, isn't it very likely this got out because someone who didn't like Juventus very much got it all going? I suppose they were working on the case silently before.

Well, it was perfectly timed to disrupt the Scudetto run in. As I understand it, these tapes and transcripts were secured in 2004 could have been made available months ago. But, they were only mad available to the media & the public when the Scudetto race tightened to 3 points and 2 matches remaining.

I don't care to speak as to what other posters said, but I found the timing to be most curious.
Timing can be construed as curious yes indeed... But the legal limitations on these papers did only run out recently... however, they may well of held on for the time of most impact... that is only natural... This has been going around news outlets for several weeks... but thats not really the issue

will turn out as tactic to destabilise juve in the scudetto run-up.
whoever said the stories will eat their words as figo did (remember saying moggi with the referee before the inter match).
the conspiracies(juve controlling the referees) will not go away and will be used as the reason why inter, lazio, roma, samp, milan, chievo, fiorentina .....well the rest of serie A teams are not winning the scudetto
Didn't have to search too long.

Hell, even I wrote for Goal.com for an entire year. I think it's fairly obvious such a website should not be taken over the likes of Gazzetta and Corriere della Sera...I mean anybody can tell you that, as Pado stated.
To normal people yes, but the point still remains that many people on this forum do regard such websites as "the media"

Of course, the grand irony is that Paul defends the media like they have actually earned much of a defense. While I agree that whole societies take the easy walk of dismissing the value of media, the truth is that most media businesses have been reduced to rip-and-read jockeys on starvation wages.

How do I make such wild claims? For one, that I've professionally worked in online media companies for 10 years now. For another, my wife has worked as a TV reporter, video producer, and marketing/PR schmuck for over 15 years now. We laugh at the same bull crap.
That may be your experience in the states greg, but it doesnt wholly ring true across europe... I cant truely comment on the way the media works in the states as when i worked there i was in post production and saw things from a somewhat different angle... But having worked for the last 17 years across europe from your local rag and news station upto the largest media outlets in their respected countries and for some of the largest press centers in the world... In various roles from researcher to journalist, to camera man to reporter to production on all sides of the pen and camera... I think i know my experiences across europe.. especially within the uk and italy..

Seven, other than the monkey falling out of the tree, I thought is was funny when Andy adopted the custom title "The Tactician" and Claire suggested he would be better served by calling himself "The Testicle".

Ahh. Good times.

Actually yes, quite a few have. You can even find such a post in this thread within the last 24 hours.

So the next time this shoe fapper is travelling in Europe, where might I be able to read some of the vitriol you spew to the masses? (J/k). We the people want to see how you write for a different and broader audience.

Yeah, I'm interested in that as well. Especially as journalism is the only thing I see myself doing in a couple of years. Writing's the only thing I'm really good at anyway.

Paul, I think you didn't answer my question yet, what do you do for a living?
Lots of things, I own a company in post production, I do freelance work for several newsagencies and tv companies across europe... plus various other things...

I also attempt to write... I had two half books accepted for publication a year or more ago, but havent found the time or the motivation to finish them as of yet... I may have to retire first

Seems you're doing what I would like to do. I can't see myself writing a book though. I know that's very normal at the age of 18, but I'm afraid I'll never get there.
