Dude....Montero was your captain for a while...Montero.

Gattuso is not the next captain...get your facts straight.

Are you talking about Costacurta?? The same Billy Costacurta who OWNED 20ish year old Ibra. the first half of the last encounter forcing him to be substituted...what does that say about your team then??

Know your facts .. know your history.
everyone owns ibrahimovic nowadays so dont even get me started on that.

channel4 said that gattuso is likely to be the captain when maldini retires. personally, i'd pick him ahead of sheva

and montero never was our captain. maybe he wore the armband in some random match but so what. iirc 5 players were captains this season alone.

Here comes Johnny singing I gotta woman
Down in the tunnels, trying to make it pay
He got the action, he got the motion
Yeah the boy can play
Decidation devotion
Turning all the night time into the day

And after all the violence and double talk
There’s just a song in the trouble and the strife
You do the walk, you do the walk of life

And that's America's ugly side for you. It makes me feel sad...
You forget to mention that Dr. Phil called Aruba a terrorist country (although it isn't actually a country), Holland a banana republic, and that he is going to kick our collective asses unless we come up with the corpse.

There has been no player in Serie A like Shevchenko...top scorer in his rookie season...on board to becoming the top scorer ever and never once bitching or moaning (*cough* ZLATAN) that he did not start or felt threatened by the young Kaka or Gilardino...

Gattuso is all heart and passion and although deep down I know he is loyal to Milan (he is a 3rd generation Milanista) he has one too many times hinted about his passion for the English league or his 'glory days' for those 10 months with the Rangers...probably his memories are much more detailed than the actual experience.
Don't forget that Milan has had 4 captains in the last 40 years...
We don't take these things lightly...

Personally my pick would be Nesta

I am kind of partial to my 'collection'...

p.s. After a long absence, tonight I will be returning to Delle Alpi with some Romanista friends who are arriving any minute now...rest assured that an arsenal of balloons will be strapped to my waist offering the Gobbi's and perhaps a fellow Juventuz.com poster a bag-o-surprise...however, my policy stays the same..I don't hit unless hit on first :cheesy:

    Good to be back :smoke:
