I signed the petition too, Paul
Cheers guys... This is really important and could lead to the end of track cycling... (granted many may not care but milions around the world love it... Not too mention the velodrome was the only thing sold out for every event at the last 2 olympic games )

This is Especially a problem for women who now stand to only have 1 sprint event... Where is the motivation for youngsters to get into the sport if these events are removed...

Im not gonna get into it anymore at the mo... But this is a terrible decision, removing one of the most exciting and important events from our calender... Its an absolute disgrace...

Look for the comments of Anna Mears (Australian world and olympic champion at the 500m TT... not to mention world record holder) in the first couple of pages of the petition for an idea about this

Not on its own... No it wont... But this is a very small part of the campaign...

Also unlike other such petitions... Look at the names on the list... Look at who created the petition... Its not your average petition

Thanks for signing

Its going quite well so far... Almost 2000 sigs in about 24hours with no publicity yet

Well, I'm hoping RAI will cover the Toilet Bowl. Given rights, I can't see why not.
...
Looking forward to watching the Coppa myself, as I have an interista friend coming over to watch them and I want to see him squirm. I'm taking Inter on the silverware for this one, however.
Well, the good news is that RAI Intl is airing both legs of the Toilet Bowl.

As for my interista friend, I don't think there's much squirming left in this contest. Great game by Adriano. Terrible game by Matteo Ferrari and Bruno Conti (horrible choices of fielded players).

And Totti? Some inspired brilliance as usual. It's always such a shame to see Italy's greatest current player held back by his own idiocy. But to his credit in today's Coppa andata, at least it wasn't his idiocy at fault.

The preds are classic Andy. Even if the new lottos look good. Studs gotta be adidas as far as im concerned. Btw how often do u play?
I play every Fall for my College team, and this summer I'll be playing summer league with some friends. In high school I used to play almost all year around, but that's just too much nowadays with college, some work, and pro football I love watching.

Paul, I signed as well.
