    SCUDETTO NO. 28 IS OURS

Thanks Milano for throwing away your entire season in three short weeks.
    Dear Respected Sheep Humper,

Milan did not throw the scudetto away in these last three weeks despite the vision conferred by your black and white tinted specs. Milan winning games in the final minutes of play: one could make an argument that too much time was alloted. Sure, but they still had to score.
It simply too much to ask of a team to go head to head with a team that gets favorable calls (more than others)..concedes the most fouls (Juve in case you were wondering) and gain 2 points despite being scored on. That and reaching a European final...battling your city rival who hates you more than DEATH and sustaining injury (Shevchenko) after injury (nesta) after injury (stam, Pirlo).
Like Ancelotti said months ago: "if you told me Juve gets the scudetto and Milan the CL Title..I would say "where do I sign?" That said, I think it is a damn shame that THIS Juve team wins the scudetto. There have been better teams (juve) in the past that did not win it.
Nevermind on Paper....a team that is only good on paper does not go HEAD TO HEAD for 34 weeks atop the charts and reach the CL Final only losing ONCE (many seem to forget this).

Nevertheless, Congrats. I am only happy for Del Piero.

Nick, Good luck to Milan on the 25th.

I hope they pummel the shit out of Liverpool.

Quite honestly, I'd take that over another scudetto any day of the week.

edit- and oh yes, Capello is a football God. Plain and simple. This team did wonders despite having no depth at all.

Well, I wish Ancelloti actually fielded a team that would win this match, just for us to secure the title ourselves on Sunday. Nevertheless, the title is ours and it's a great accomplishment considering what we have been through in the past two years. Capello winning the Scudetto with this side in albeit his first season with Juventus is indeed a great feat. Perhaps we were not the most convincing side in Serie A this year, however IMO we were the best "team" all together and that is shown by our lackluster squad, results, and standings. This was certainly not the best Juventus over the past decade, however we showed character, perseverance, and determination throughout most of the season. And by beating our rivals on their home soil, the Scudetto became ours.

Nick, good luck against Liverpool on Wednesday. Bring Italy back another European trophy and send Liverpool home where they should be.

On a night like this I'll post a consolation prize for Nicky..

    Love it Marty!

p.s. "Props" for quoting me on xtratime (I read but I don't post: if I began arguing with some of those 'chumps' it would never end)...I'll let that one go..next time there will be a copyright fee ;)

Sergio: Capello is quite clearly MR. SERIE A. With Milan his team in Serie A was undefeated for two seasons and Rossi (ROSSI!) got a record for most minutes without a goal. He knows how to "create" an engine for Serie A. That said, I believe as do many Milan fans that he was a big cause for Milan losing its share of CL Titles and Intercontinental cups....his line-ups were totally off-balance (actually benched Savicevic) and could never come up big in that ONE MATCH.

There is one man all of you Juventini should thank for this scudetto. A man no Juventuz poster has yet acknowledged...had it not been for this man's decisions and transfers you MAY have never gotten this 28th Scudetto.
So why don't you all say a big Thanks for MASSIMO MORATTI for deciding to transfer Fabio Cannavaro to Juventus and keeping up his tradition of helping his rivals (Milan and Juve) win Scudetto's.

CONGRATULATIONS MASSIMO....You did it with Seedorf and Pirlo and you did it again with Cannavaro.

    I concur...

I hope Milan shows that Serie A is superior, and gives "Pool a good ass whipping !!!

I give Cap credit for making things work with a depthless squad
