it literally means "Who is not jumping is red and black eh eh". Its sung while jumping and in this case would be sung by any fan but a Milan fan. Yeah it sounds retarded BUT...
Red and black refers to rosso nero which is a Milan fan. Bianconero is white and black and refers to a Juve fan.

More over, its more of a traditional song than an actual meaningful hymn sung at stadiums...actually most stadium songs are quite retarded but when 50,000 are singing it ..it just seems cool.

i know what you mean. "salta" was giving me the touble, is it a good thing for the fans to "salta" but i got it. and the fact that i mostly used to hear it during milan-juve and milan-inter and juve-inter and all the versions were used it didnt help. thnx nicky
