is it soooo wrong of me that i wish ahmedios would swap places with our georgian friend?he was just less hassle
I do miss Ahmedios as he was simply fun to toy with. It's not just because he tried far too hard, but also because he said Juninho is only known because of his freekicks and Tiago is always owned. BOOM BOOM, thats when the anal cannon sounds.

I disagree, the Georgian loses it and gets himself banned, then he creates several dual accounts but he behaves the exact same way as he does normally. I don't even need to check his IP when he does, it's so easy.

Nothing is a less hassle than Ahmedios, ask Ze, he knows him best.

What do people think about the absurd FIFA ruling to ban all official matches above 3,000 meters? Personally, I think it's a load of absolute bullshit. If they're going to start outlawing matches above a certain elevation because it poses a health risk, FIFA also MUST address matches that are played during days with high heat indices. That's only fucking logical and right.

How many people have died due to exhaustion in high altitudes? I was reading in World Soccer earlier on the beach that the actual FIFA report did not even include a detailed medical nor statistical description to prove that the ban is necessary. Like that's surprising. Even the overweight President of Bolivia, Evo Morales, played a match on top of a mountain that was far above 3000 fucking meters, and he's fine. Everybody is fucking fine.

So we have yet another case of rent-seeking lobbyists getting what they want, probably this time being Brazilian or Argentinian of origin. Shame is Blatter is too much of a bottle-job to oppose it despite him growing up in Switzerland of all countries. Fuck FIFA. If you're going to make such a ban, address matches being played in high heat indices. Afterall, about 500 heat-related deaths are reported per year in the United States... how many elevation-related exhaustion deaths occur every year? What bullshit.

I've commented elsewhere on the forums about this, but I thought it was outrageous. And you're totally right about it being completely unfounded and backed by no scientific data nor evidence. As if altitude is the only danger to players.

Not only is the 3,000 rule unfair and unequal, it's also arbitrary. Melt a few glaciers, then who is left above 3km, right?

We should strap Sepp Blatter to the Maeslantkering gates like Captain Ahab strapped to the side of Moby Dick and go after Greenland with an army of blow-torches and cans of aerosol hairspray. Just to drown some sense into the guy if he likes playing below sea level so much.

Who says they died? They could have been just drunk idiots swimming near a jetti and got pulled out to sea because they didn't know they were swimming in a friggin rip tide. People like that recieve no sympathy for me. Or perhaps it was some father who allowed his kids to swim after the lifeguards left the beach, thus having to save them.

Whatever the case, it's not as disgusting as talking shit about a disaster on its memorial.

RIP Todd and Timmy.

I whole heartedly agree, the ruling is just a ploy to take away home team advantage for certain teams.
Exactly. But if they do that, they should take away the privilege that Brazil has in playing matches with heat indices over 105. Actually, make that over 2,000 mother fucking venues across the planet. What a fucking joke.
