Andy, for some reason I seem to think you play football yourself. I was wondering about what sort of team you might play for. I see sports are a lot more connected to high schools and universities than they are in Belgium, so do you play for some university team or something? Or do you just play for a senior team?

You didn't use capitals , you should have used one though .

And the argument wasn't about that. But I never expected you to get it. I'm starting to find it really funny that you are questioning my intelligence though. In fact it makes perfect sense. Retards never like intellectuals.
so that explains your anger...

You decide jack, Vin. The law decides. You only decide whether or not to follow a law
Thats where your feeble mind fails you. Unlike you, I have the ablity to use my judgement in order to decide whether to give someone a warning, or issue a ticket...again, we'll use the word "discretion"

You just keep telling everyone how smart you are, how many books you've read, and how high your IQ is...and we'll keep believing you ! :p

It's all about as believable as your imaginary brothers

Yeah, I knew you were going to throw the book thing right in my face. You must hate people who actually read.

Good work on the old "I know what you are, but what am I?" line, you'd rock in kindergarten!

Look, Andy, the true problem of communism was the I'm more equal than you principle. That goes for the law system as well. You could stretch it as far as saying what the police officer did with Vin is a typical communist act.

The problem is Andy, it's not about discretion. It's about discrimination. The issue at hand is not whether or not he gave a ticket, but whether or not he didn't give a ticked because it was Vinman. There's a fundamental difference you don't seem to grasp.
What you fail to understand, Seven, is that the police pardon not only other officers, but citizens in general. Discretion is always subject to different sort of bias by other police officers... that's just how the system works. But believe me, it's better than having strict interpretation of the law, writing out so many offenses that you clog the court system and cause more grief than necessary. I don't know about you, but I don't want to reside in a new Carthage.

Don't try to talk yourself out of this one with lame stereotypes and lines that say nothing. If everyone was given a ticket if he was speeding, the result would be less people speeding. That wouldn't mean everyone was going to jail. Come on, Andy, you know that this is just giving it a twist.
I have received three speeding tickets in my lifetime, which accumulate to combined fines of over $350. Yet I still drove to my apartment today travelling at 10 to 15 mph over the speed limit. So you're wrong in this respect and most people will continue on with their usual driving methods.

Listen, Seven. I don't know about driving in Belgium, so I wouldn't know exactly what it's like. If you drove around these parts where I'm from, including the DC area, you wouldn't be making such a stink about this.

I once played for a university team at another campus, but the Division 1 program here at Penn State is one of the best in the nation. These kids play against schools MLS stars once attended. I'm not that good. But in high school Burke and I won Maryland State Champs for the high school we attended.

Scouts in this country look for players in both school-affiliated teams and clubs, but really the best American talent are found when young while playing for premier club teams.

Lol yeah, she's really cool alright. Drinking and driving, being a skank, crying to mother before she's carried off to jail. Great role model.

I would go and heckle her after she leaves the courthouse.
If by "heckle" you mean "rent a room at Motel 6 and fuck her until your legs turn to linguini", then I guess I'd heckle her too.

But Andy, I don't have a problem with that. I have a problem with a police officer pardoning another police officer because he's a police officer. If he would have done the same with some other Joe, that's okay with me. And Carthage was a great city.

Well, if it was anything more than a speed violation I'd might agree with you.

Shoutout from Duck, NC....the home of Mr. Sticky Crack, Pado. Here on vacation with my former cell mates from prision in Den Haage. I've been drunk for 3 days straight, it's noon here, and I think I'm still a bit out of my mind.

To all the cool guys in here, I love you. To Hector and the Anal Cannon, I love it that you hate us.

Hector, I'm lit like a candle and you're mad I'm hot like the left sink handle.

Ahmedios, if you say that about Juninho, and mean it, you have to bew one of the dumbest motherfuckers alive.
France has the best prostitutes. Very thin, but strong. You can ride them for hours.
The only sex I pay for is the sex where my butthole bleeds after I take showers in Den Haage with Arkan's friends.......and Slobo Miloso.
