how do you say...I am not "technologically advanced" enough to do this

my PS2 is in another room than my computer, and if you asked me to somehow hook it up to my hard drive then you may as well ask me to construct a space shuttle out of household items :D

however, I know Andy, Burke and Sergio have played online together
my bad i thought you had it on xbox as it is easier that way

Oh, great, Jack. Way to ruin a joke.

Actually, I'm a big an of Lebanese food. My old friend, Nazeera, introduced me to a lot of it a number of years ago: the maza staples of tahini, falafel, hummus, baba ghannouj, tibouli, kababs, etc. that are frequently associated well beyond Lebanon. But also batata harra, kafta, manaeesh with za'atar, mutabbel, some stuffed eggplant thing I forgot the name of, and finished always with an Arabic coffee with cardamom and a halva. :lick:

wow that was good lol

Nazeera was a blast. I knew her in college... she was an Amazon of a woman with big hair, a big attitude, and an even bigger bar laugh. Probably not what you might expect for such an old name. ;)

@ Rab: Lebanese and Italian are definitely in my top 3 as well, with the third often being a toss-up between Northern Indian/Pakistani, Thai, and sometimes French -- depending on my mood.

I have never tasted the Indian food, but I've heard many times that It's really great. Do they have spicey food, like the mexican?
Not spicy its madarchod hot, which means your gonna have to take the bogroll & put it in the freezer before u eat, cause once u take a mancini ur gonna have a nasty ring sting.:D

The best is roghni naan & roti. My fav is lamb bhiryani & butter chicken. Heaven:pint:

Give me a spicy chicken makhanwala over rice with naan anytime. ;)

As for Thai -- this will probably sound wholly unhelpful, but it's more like Burmese or Cambodian than it is like Chinese. A lot more things like peanut sauces, satays, and very good seafood/vegetable curry combinations, etc.

To me, Nepalese food comes off a little like a cross between some Indian and some Thai (barring the seafood bit).

Any bhiryani is great. Masala is amazing too and my favourite naan is garlic and koriander.

Green or red curry? I prefer green as I find it goes better with coconut milk and i prefer Thai food always with coconut milk.

To me, good naan is like a good pad thai (Thai food) or a good basic pizza (Italian). If you get the basics right, they can be tremendous and the rest is just icing.

So generally I prefer a good plain naan.

True although the lamb just tends to give off a much better taste due to all the fat & bone marrow.Masala is just the ingrediant used in practically every dish but there are various types.

You should get used to the mother-in-law masala (i kid u not,its real:D )

Byron, I wouldn't wanna make such a hot mancini, he doesn't deserve the hot word:D.

Jack, I thought spicy food came from Africa. I love African food btw.

Swag, that sounds really weird, but I'll make sure to try it someday.

Green, red, whatever. I generally prefer yellow curries myself.

Thai soups are spectacular, btw.
