I take a 10 minute bus ride and I'm standing hundreds of feet from Totti, Cassano, Capello and the visiting team of the week... beat that BLEEAAACCHHHH!! ;) :D
I'm having Pancakes, fruit, and ham in bed with my beautiful wife at 9 Am in the morning, watching Serie A football, and then at 1:00, I get to watch the National Football League.:)

With all due respect, I like my situation better.

Pancakes: Too North American ;) I became a transplanted snobby fussy Romano ... give me the light "corneto" with a Macchiato ....
9AM watching Serie A?!!! Too early for my blood....afternoon is for games (just like the NFL)

Speaking of which NFL: :yuck: I lost all respect and passion for it...between all the trash talking, dancing, show boating there is barely any real football left.

Where have you gone Joe Montana, Dan Marino and John Elway? :touched: A nation turns its lonely eyes to you....

Close but no cigar BEEOOOTTTCCHHH! ;)

I wonder why this thread is so damn long
I saw the first post, and it kinda outraged me. but still ,it's not SUCH a controversial subject.
    that's freaky

Well, nothing controversial has gone on lately, so this topic has derailed ever so slightly, but in a good, positive way.

    We're talking about Italian ham.:D:D

The deli near my office has named a sandwich "The Padovano", and I think we all know what is on it. Prosciutto and (get this) Pepper Jack with a hint of spicey mustard. And for those among you afraid of trying different things, go to Napoli and get a pizza prosciutto crudo. The best I have had!

I can more than counter your FurioBianconero with my Maraccas of Doom.

Or have you forgotten about my OTHER Alter-Ego, Ricky Ricardo.

Before Milan signed Kaka, Moggi stated that Juve was not interested in his services out of fear that "he might live up to his name". Well, I guess that has not happened.

Sergio, here is another example of Moggi not having faith in a player simply because he has no Serie A experience. I guess the Athirson deal has soured Moggi on all non-Serie A players.

    Yes, Robert. I know.

When we had spoken, I had said that Moggi and this staff are window shoppers, with a serious lack of vision. They go for the safe route, and will go for the player who they feel can contribute right away, even if it is a lesser talent.

I mean, how much did Milan pay for Kaka anyway? I think it was somewhere around 7 million. how much did we pay for Miccoli?

    Who would you rather have??

Yeah, the Arthirson deal didn't go as planned. Big deal. Not every transaction works out. And Salas didn't work out either, due to injuries more than anything.

Most of these Non-European transactions are relatively inexpensive in comparison to buying someone from aEuro leage, and those players have a potentially greater upside.

Ugghhhh, it's frustrating, to say the least.

BTW, how's your little girl doing??

And no, Nick, I'm not dropping the Stupendous Man motiff. Fuughheddaboutit!!!!! And yes, I've had Pizza con patate before, back when I was in Rome. Good Stuff.

C'mon, we need a Juve controversy.
