:howler: Seriously, don't go all catholic on me here, Andy. And as a matter of fact I can keep my hate to myself towards moderate catholics. Tifoso Lou on the other hand is well on his way to bomb Mekka or grab some children.
Well, perhaps you should be pondering another future home because Italy is 90% catholic..

Much to my discomfort yes. But then again, so is Belgium ;).

Besides I don't have that much of a problem with it as long as they don't do their usual judgemental stuff, like Lou does.

I still need someone to tell me how Dan Brown is anti-christian really. I can see that he's not much of a fan of Opus Dei, and probably rightly so, but that doesn't make him anti-christian. Opus Dei, even though it's hardly what Brown made it out to be, is still fucked up anyway.

You know what I hate? I hate how our dunderhead administration is going to waste three weeks of our time by trying to ban gay marriage outright. Who cares about the Avian Flu, Iraq, impending terrorist attacks, FEMA fucking around etc, and lets use this gay marriage ploy to garner hardcore Republican support which was lost because of the more important issues regarding our nation. Way to cover your ass, Georgie.

Anti-christian, no. Anti-catholic, I would have to say yes.

Edit: Actually thinking about it, he isn't really anti-catholic. He's just protesting certain decision made by the Vatican and the Roman Church. He doesn't say that God doesn't exist, he doesn't say Jesus didn't exist. All he is saying is that Jesus wasn't the son of God, he was just an ordinary human being.

Andy...

Is It true that Condoleeza Rice might be watching United States first game?
Yes she will be there. But will she know whats going on? I doubt that. Oh and today ESPN did a report of racism in football and how it will be handled in the World Cup. Long story short, it made Spanish and Italian supporters look like the European branch of the KKK.

Brazil looks pretty good against New Zealand right now...

goals from Ronaldo and Adriano
Mostly everyone looks good against the Kiwis. My Division III college team fielded 4 from there U21 and U23 teams.

Andy: Middlesbrough signed Oguchi today.
That's wonderful. Now he will receive top class competition and hopefully pin down the starting role as Ugo Ehiogu's replacement. I'm glad he went to Middlesbrough instead of a club like Manure where he would waste away on the bench. He's better than Rio anyway.
