Despite the naysayers..despite the pessimists and despite the Capello haters rest assured that Juve is capturing its 29th Scudetto...

Had Juve lost against Cagliari or Lazio (lets face it they deserved to lose...horrible calls..Cannavaro hacking down a Lazio player/the supposed offside of a Lazio player stating he was passively offside but disrupting play even though he didn't touch the ball...unjustiafiable) then the gap would have been at 2 points....another Juve tie and Milan would would mean they are tied atop the standings and Milan would win based on face to face meets this season.
Three points is too much...Juve has only lost one game this season ...
they will drop two more points at Best...

    Congrats on Scudetto 29...

Yet Smicer's goal should've been been called offside because of Baros one year ago:disagree:
Take off you red and black goggles for once Nick.

Thats what you got? I higlighted your double standards and you use Domenica as your scapegoat. Then you lash back with insults...very mature I must say. I don't care what Domenica said, I was replying to what you are saying now and what you said then, and the way I see it you are biased. Anyways its up to you if you only accept discussion or critisism from certain members on this board, but I will not stand and watch when I see something wrong.

BS man, at la Domenica sportiva they said it was the right call. They said that even if Belleri wouldn't have touched the right call was made. He was part of the play.

Btw, you wanna know a messed up end to a season? I was watching the Penafiel-Porto match on Saturday, at relegating Penafiel, where Porto was aiming for their first Portuguese Superliga title since the Mourinho years. Porto should have destroyed them, despite Ricardo Quaresma sitting suspended in the stands.

At the start of the second half at 0-0, Ibson had his heel barely stepped on in the Penafiel box, and he went into full somersault tumble. The ref pointed at the spot with the lame call, and Adriano (that other Brazilian Adriano... the one with more goals this season than that one at Inter :) ) converted the PK.

By the 89th minute, the drunken Porto fans were getting wild, drunk, and shirtless behind the Porto goal. (It looked like a strange cross between the classic 400-lb guys you see with their faces digitized out on episodes of Cops and a few ringleader ultras who looked more buff than the bandit gang leaders in the apocalyptic movie The Road Warrior.) At the other end of the pitch, the ref whistles a foul.

Suddenly, all the Porto fans -- too drunk to look at the match clock -- storm the field and attack the Porto players, literally ripping off all their kits. Adriano was trying to get help from staff while getting pants'ed by all the drunk tifosi, etc. He ultimately had to be escorted off the field wearing nothing but a jock strap. Other players managed to escape to the changing rooms to avoid bodily harm.

They halted the match for about 15 minutes for the police to clear off the field of drunken, idiotic Porto fans. Meanwhile, the cameras kept cutting to Quaresma, who looked relieved that he was suspended and not subject to the melee. The match restarted and ran for about 3 minutes with Porto winning the match, and the championship, 1-0.

I dont know about that. You should check out the Fowler goal against Blackburn from a couple weeks ago. Cisse was clearly offside inside the 18 yard box but raised his hands and turned his back to the goal as Morientes slotted the ball to Fowler. These type of calls are totally judgement calls by the officials. You could ask six officials what they think and you could get six different calls.

would have been ironic if they abandoned the game, meaning a 3-0 win for penafiel though wouldnt it? if that had happened and sporting had won their game in hand it could have got interesting

Did you see Burke and I running on to the field with the fatties and Andy sitting next to Quaresma arms folded and shaking his head in dissappointment?

No BS MAN..the panel (when they went round) didn't agree...and the BALL was NOT touched in any event.

Whatever, there are virtually four games this season with questionable calls but I have neither the patience nor the will anymore to argue it..its like the Lazio coach stated: with Juve you must be at 500% on your game to win because luck and other factors come into play....

Its so engrained in teams minds that people are too tired of bringing it up week after week....

Juve's record in Italy speaks for itself as it does in Europe..

look at the amount of cards they have received in Europe and their lack of success...

what happens in Italy STAYS in Italy for Juve.
